Chapter 40: Where?

After the two girls went outside, I can't help but to cry. T_T I looked at the mirror, Do I still look Pretty? I think so.

I heard the door opened, so I wiped my tears with my handkerchief and get outside.

I'm heading to my room. I keep my head down, I don't want anyone to know that I cried.

"Ouch." I said and put my hand on my forehead as if it was hurt.  But it's not. I bumped at...

Skyler.

Oh mean! Wrong timing!

"Oh! Sorry." I said quickly and about to continue walking,

When he grabbed my arm.

I swayed back and looked at him and looked down.

"You've been cried?" He said.

"No." I simply said and pulled out my hand.

"You're lying." He said.

"You know, I'm okay." I said.

"I know you're not." He said with a concerned eyes.

"It's nothing." I simply said and continue walking.

I walked fast. Good to know that he did not follow me.

I sat down at my chair. Everybody was here except for Ericko and Skyler.
After some minutes, our teacher entered the room.

"Sorry Ma'am I'm late." Skyler said with a cold tone.

"It's okay. Find a seat." She said.

And he sat beside me. I can't look at him, so that I just stared at the blackboard and listen to our teacher while discussing and me,taking some notes.

We took a long quiz in Science. And it's a surprise quiz. But I still got 47/50. I'm just second to the highest. As usual, Skyler got a perfect score. Wow! Even though he did not attending the class, he still got a perfect score.

It's our last subject. I feel so sleepy even though it's already 4:30 why o why?

I opened my eyes. My eyes are tilted. I saw our teacher, she was still discussing. I guess, she don't even care if there were still listening to her.

"You really enjoyed staying your head at my shoulder huh?" I looked up at my side. I saw Skyler. Whhaaaattttttt???!!!! I just realized that I've been slept at Skyler's shoulder. My face was still shocked.

He laughed teasingly.

"Youuuuuu!!!" I shouted while punching him in his arm.

"You are more cute when you are sleeping." He said.

"Arrrrghhhh!" I punched his arm again.

"Ms.Villareal and Mr. Clifford!" Our teacher called our names. We froze. Everybody was looking at me and skyler.

"Sorry Ma'am." We both said.

She continue her discussing. We just keep quiet. It's a little bit awkward.

It's time to get home. Everybody went outside.

"Let's go." He said.

I stand up and followed him. We walked down the stairs.

"Wait me here, I will just put my things on my locker." He said.

"I will just wait you at the car." I said and about to leave.

"Please." He simply said with a begging tone.

"Fine,fine." I said.

After a minute he went back. He putted down his cellphone to his pocket. It looks like he had called someone while he is on the room.
