"He's doing a CD signing in New York today." Mika said with a smile on his face, wrapping his slender fingers around the coffee cup, "Coincidence? I don't think so." Akane winked at him, nudging her elbow into his rib. When Mika had woke up that morning the City of New York had obtained a blanket of snow, just as he expected. He loved snow. He loved baggy winter jumpers and festive drinks, he loved the Christmas lights that liven up the dark city at night. The atmosphere was one of his favourites. It was more difficult to wander freely around such a largely population place nowadays however, having to hide himself with glasses, hat and a scarf. He knew he looked like a right idiot wearing sunglasses in winter, but it was worth having his own privacy at times. They walked along the snowy streets, the bitter cold slowly numbing the tips of their toes. Mika was glad to see that no one recognised him in his ridiculous get up, which he was extremely grateful for.
"Do you think...since no one has noticed me yet...that I could go to the signing without him knowing its me?" He asked, tapping his cup as a form of reflex. She pondered the thought, running through all his options.
"I don't think anyone would know it's you...I mean you look you just walked out of all four seasons at once but I feel like that gives people all the more reason to avoid you." It was her attempt at being optimistic, but it wasn't received the same way.

Yuu had been sat on the same chair for hours know, causing him to question whether or not it was possible to get butt cramps. It was really time and energy consuming, but it felt worth it to him when he sees the fans leave with bright smiles on their faces. His hand grew weak and sore, but he was informed that he was down to the last 50 people. He was paying half attention when he was towered by someone taller than the average height of his typical fan, making him stare up at the stranger. He had a winter hat placed sloppily on his head, light blonde hair peeping out the bottom of it. His eyes were concealed by sunglasses which peaked Yuu's interest, considering it was like a damn blizzard outside. A scarf was tied tightly around his face, not giving much of his identity away whatsoever.
"Hi!" Yuu greeted with a warm, wide smile, noticing how his band members beside him were giving all their attention to the strangely dressed boy, "Who am I making this out to?"
The boy paused, taking off his sunglasses and replacing them with a pair of see through Ray Bans. He avoided eye contact, staring at his feet too eagerly to be considered casual behaviour.
"Uhm...Mi-Michael you can make it out to Michael." They coughed after saying the words, darting their eyes up for just a second, but it was enough to it for it all to make sense in his head. He hid his smile, signing the CD with the boys true name, watching him carefully for his reaction. He took it into his hands, his eyes widening as he read the black words scrawled on the front.
To: Mika. They say you learn from your mistakes. You clearly don't abide by that rule. Find a better disguise,
                Love Yuu :)

The boy before him flushed red, putting the CD into his bag.
"Thank you," he grinned, showing off his perfect teeth, "I'll try harder next time."
As he turned to leave someone shouted his name, gaining the attention of most of the customers in the shop. Yuu watched as Mika's eyes shot open wide in alarm, instantly pegging it out the door. Yuu stood up in his seat, trying to keep track of where he was running to, he could tell by the trail of people running after him.
Shinoa let out a heavy breath beside him, "you're going to help him, aren't you?"
"Yeah," Yuu confirmed, "I am."

Mika can't remember the last time he had been left so defenceless around fans, not ever recalling at time when he was by himself, being surrounded by all corners. His breaths were quick, the cold brisk air harsh on his lungs, only making the running harder. But he didn't want to stop, he wasn't going to stop until the the pacing behind him could no longer be heard. He felt like he'd been running forever and that his legs were about to give out beneath him. He ran past an alley in the street, not expecting to be grabbed by the wrist and dragged towards someone's body. He was pressed against the wall, before he could scream the person clamped their hand over his mouth, silencing his calls for help. Though, what he would have never foreseen was a black haired boy with green eyes staring at him like the situation was hilarious. He pulled his hand off his mouth, I mean, not that he didn't like it.
"Thank you," Mika gasped, regaining his posture, "Y'know, for everything that's occurred in the past 20 minutes."
Before Yuu could reply he could hear the loud footsteps coming from the street. He quickly pulled Mika's body against his, trying to compress himself against him as much as possible so they couldn't be seen. Mika was appreciative of the position, but not for the same reason. As soon as the coast was clear, Yuu let Mika go again.
"No problem. But in the near future- please refrain from crashing nearly every event I hold in New York. Deal?" His giggle at the end made Mika realise he was being humorous rather than chewing him out like he originally thought. He laughed, "My mother once told me to never make promises I can't keep."
Yuu snorted at the comment, not sure what to make of the boys personality, he was extremely amusing, nevertheless.
"So...why did you show up today? And to the show..." Yuu trailed off, not sure whether or not it was an appropriate question to ask, but he had been dying for the answer for over 48 hours now. Mika blinked at him for a second, making sure he heard him correctly. He didn't really know the answer himself, he wasn't positive as to what he wanted to achieve. I suppose, he wanted Yuu's attention, and he did not fail on doing so.
"I'm a fan of your band. I have been for a while now, I saw it as an opportunity to get to know you all from an artists point of you." He explained, lying like there was no tomorrow. He took Akane's advice and not letting him know the true reason, not just yet. Yuu nodded, biting his lip in a way that no one else would notice, but Mika did. He replayed the image a few times in his head, suddenly feeling the need to sit down.
"You could have just tweeted us to meet up sometime, like people normally do? We could've discussed music and stuff." Mika knew that the approach he had towards things wasn't exactly a usual one. He went out of his way to achieve things, even when the simplest answer is right in front of you.
"I suppose I didn't do the most logical way possible."  Mika laughed lightly at his own stupidity.
"No," Yuu agreed, "You didn't."
Mika wondered how Yuu wasn't freezing to death. The snow was already a good few inches past their feet and he was wearing nothing but a vest top. His toned arms were exposed, but it wasn't worth it if he became sick. Mika took off one of his many jackets that he had put on to look less like himself, offering it to Yuu.
"Here." He offered, holding it out in front of him. Yuu took it gratefully, putting it on over his clothes.
"I would've protested," Yuu explained, "but it looks like you having an entire fucking store of coats on you right now."
He was smiling. Mika really liked it when he was smiling or laughing, the way it made his eyes glimmer with happiness. It made Mika want to propose on the spot. He snickered at the thought, mainly because he had imagined Yuu in a bridal gown.
"Even so, I still feel like I owe you, I want to be able to thank you somehow." Yuu said, becoming a lot more shy with his tone of voice that just moments before. It was adorable. It was always nice to seem someone usually so sure of themselves be made nervous by their own words, it was strangely attractive.
"Well, we could always start this all over again, y'know, the "normal way" you suggested. I would love to get to the know the rest of your band. I'll have you know that I'm quite the fan of the Seraphs."
Yuu's heart sank, he wasn't sure why. He felt like this only confirmed his suspicions of having his eye on Shinoa or Mitsuba, because clearly meeting him wasn't where he planned to stop.
Yuu didn't know that Mika had gone through all of the troubles entirely just for him, and that he wanted to meet his bandmates to help him get more close to him, either.
