That is how it all began, with my parents deaths and the innocent civilian deaths in Wintervale Maine, where I moved to. This is my story, from the very beginning.
I'm afraid I haven't introduced my self. My name is Leander. Weird name, yes I know. Most people just call me Lea. Ah yes you want me to continue to where I left off. Hm let's see. Oh yes the part where I went through the portal with Tristan. Well enough chitter chatter let me continue.
As Tristan pulled me through the portal I was clinging tightly on his arm trying not to fall off. All around us was an array of cloudy purple. We were in a void I was assuming. "Almost there he said" reassuring me. Finally, what felt like ages, we landed. We were on a grassy lawn over looking a giant estate. "Welcome home" Tristan said. I was still holding his hand and quickly let go blushing a little. As we walked into his estate we were greeted with dozens of maids lined up shoulder to shoulder. Together, In unison, they said welcome home sir Tristan. "Good evening ladies this is our new guest Lea. Please welcome her with respect" he said. "Welcome Lea" they all chimed in. "Thanks" I said waving. Come on Lea let's go to your new room" he said.
He grabbed my hand and we started walking up the stairs. We went down a long corridor and he brought me into a gorgeous room. It was big but not too big. Just how I liked it. There was a bed in the center of the room covered with a mass of pillows. I let go of his arm and ran over to the bed, plopping down with a thud. It was so soft, I thought to my self. I almost drifted away into sleep when he said, "so do you like the room". "Yes it's gorgeous and the bed is so comfy" I replied. "It's pretty late, il leave you be so you can get some rest", he said making his way to the door. "Just go down to the kitchen and ask the maids for breakfast when you wake up. They'll make anything just don't be afraid to ask. See you later" he said closing the door.
I see a dresser against the wall and start walking over to it. Inside is a lavish night gown. I walk over to the bathroom and it's huge. There's a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower. I can't wait to try it out but right now I'm tried. I put on the night gown brush my teeth and jump back into bed. In an instant I'm in a deep sleep.
