Y/N's Pov
I held my skateboard to my chest. I lay on the floor in my room. I couldn't sleep, not after what happened earlier. I sat up and sighed. I grabbed my iPhone and open the messages tab.
'Hey Star. It's me. Y/N. I'm sorry I haven't been talking to you lately. I wanted to ask you if Marco was okay..? I know it's late but the please respond! '
Click. Sent.
I waited for about a minute or so waiting for her response but I got impatient and started playing f/g (favorite game) until I got a response. I quickly read her text.
'Oh hiiiii! I just left from the hospital. I had to go to sleep sooo yeah! I'm not sure how Marco is doing honestly. He hasn't woken up yet :('
'Oh.. Alright. Good night Star.'
'Night! :)'
I glared at the text,
"He hasn't woken up yet.."
I murmur to myself. For once, I feel sorrow for him. I hold a harder grip on my phone as I pass through my thoughts. Why do I feel sorrow for him? What are all these emotions building up inside? I look out the window into the rainy night. Why is it so depressing tonight? I heard thunder. Then a saw lightning from afar. Heh. I look at my arm. I remember waking up and having lighting bolts shapes across my arms. I then heard my door open. I look over at the door to see my little sister. I don't remember her, but she is kind.
"C-Can I s-sleep with you? I-I'm afraid of the t-thunder.."
I smile.
"Come here."
