~Begining love~

(Y/N)'s Pov

Ever since that first day of Rollerblading club, Marco and I had started to meet up at the park do he could teach me a thing or two about rollerblading. To our luck, we had joined the geek club as well! Although throughout all the days I've started to hang out with him, I started feeling something new. When ever I was around him I could feel myself tense up, as if I lost confidence from long ago. What is this feeling?

"Hey (Y/N)!"

I spun my head towards as running Marco. I smiled and waved at him. He walked over to me.

"Sorry I'm late. Star was keeping me busy. She's like a little sister to me in a way."

He smiled as I giggled.

"I guess that's Star for you?"

I chuckled as he did the same.

"Pretty much. So uh... (Y/N)?"

He said nervously. I tilted my head.

"Yeah..?"

"So, I know you wanted to continue rollerblading classes from me today but..."

He trailed off.

"Uh Marco?"

I asked in confusion.

"M-Maybe... we could... hang out in town today...?"

He looked over at me with a hopeful expression. I blinked a few times before I could feel my face turn red. Did he just ask me on a date!? I coughed, clearing my throat.

"L-Like a-a dat-te?"

I stuttered, scratching the back of my head. His eyes widen, he turned very flustered.

"N-N-NO! I um... I-I mean... if you want it t-to be a date i-it can be! I-It can just be a-a friendly hang out a-around town."

His fingers dug into his hair in anxiety. So it was a date. I felt my cheeks heat up before I slightly chuckled and grabbed his hand. Our hands intertwined together as I looked up at him with a smile. I looked deep into his chocolate brown eyes. He looked at me in confusion and in a flustered mess.

~Flashback~

I turned and hugged him tightly, crying my eyes out.
"You came! I thought you wouldn't want to talk to me anymore, but you came."
I burried my face into his sweater. I couldn't see his face, but after a few moments after I had hugged him, his arms wrapped around my back. I looked up at him and he wipped my tears away and said softly,
"Of course I came. Why would I not be friends with you? You're my best friend. And now, you're more than a best friend."

~Flashback Over~

"(Y-Y/N)?"

Marco asked in confusion. I snapped back to reality. I finally nodded at him.

"Sure."

I saw his expression change into happiness.

"It's a date."

I smiled at him. He quickly scooped me up in a hug. He spun me around in circles. He had a huge smile on his face. I giggled.

"Chill dude it's only a date."

He set me down and smiled.

"You still said yes."

He poked me. I punched him playfully back.

"Well, yeah I did."

"Let's go!"

He cheered before holding my hand. I just giggled and walked down the sidewalk into down.
