~Darkness~

Chapter 2

"Are you okay?" He asks, obviously concerned.
"Yeah I'm fi-" I get cut off when everything goes black and I'm knocked onto the ground.

"Fuck he got you good" I wince as I slowly begin to open my eyes. I notice that I'm not at home and I begin to panic until I realize that I'm still at this party.
"Woah take it easy princess"
Someone pushes me back down onto a bed and instead of fighting it I just relax.
"Wh-What the hell just happened?!" I whisper..slightly in pain.
"That asshole punched you in the face that's what happened"

"What?" I slowly get up again to find myself in someone's bedroom. I then see a mirror not to far away and I push myself off the bed and walk over to it..finally noticing my bruised eye. Fuck, this is definitely gonna leave a scar all because of that asshole Lucas. Shit, Lucas i forgot about him.
"WHERE'S LUCAS?"

"Hey calm down..I took care of him everything's gonna be okay"
When I finally get a good look at him I realize its the same guy that helped me earlier.
"Why are you doing this..you know..helping me?"

A low chuckle emits from his throat and I frowned..suddenly confused as to why he's laughing.
"You think I would just sit around and let him take advantage of you? Think again."

"Who are you?"

"Well love, my name's Niall...Niall Horan and I'm your Knight and Shining Armor" he says with the most serious look on his face but after a few seconds he burst out laughing. I don't get what's so funny, is he crazy or something?

I examine his face again as he looks at me and this time his once black eyes appear to be Blue. What the hell?
"What time is it?"

He takes out his phone and clicks the lock button, "Well..it is 2:35 a.m."

Fuck, Lissa must be worried sick about me. "Thank you, for helping me but I really have to get home!" I grab my jacket and try to run out of the room until I feel someone's hands grab my wrist. I turn around to see Niall staring deeply at me.
"Look it's late and you've already gotten hurt..I don't want that happening again. Let me drive you home,yeah?"

I sigh..finally realizing that my only ride was either Lucas or the bus. And the bus doesn't run this late at night.
"Fine..but that's it. I'm not sleeping with you just because you saved me"

He chuckles again as we walk out of the room. Suddenly I feel his lips pressed to my ear as his warm breath runs down my neck,"I'm not that kind of guy princess."
If it wasn't for his arm being around me my knees would've buckled and I would be on the ground...again. I can't deny that he's incredibly beautiful but I just want to get home and sleep this event off.

When we get downstairs I notice that almost everybody has left the party.
"Why is everyone leaving so early?" I asked a fellow classmate.
"I don't know why don't you ask lover boy here since he decided to beat your boyfriend to death in my kitchen and scare everyone off. There was so much blood on his face..it was..it was mortifying."

I look up at Niall to notice him smirking to his self, probably proud of his "art".
"What can I say" He shrugs it off as it was no big deal.
