Twins or not?

Meeting the Twin

"Oh, um, hi, my name is Crosha, what's yours?" Crosha said.

"Oh, the name's Catherine, Katie for short, I believe we are batch mates, yes?" She said will a smile.

Catherine, aka Katie, did not show her face at all.

"Yes, but how?" Crosha said.

"How what?" Katie asked.

"How were you able to see the mark and how were you able to get a mark. Mine's was a sword and yours is a shield?" I asked.

"So the prophecy is true," Katie said.

"Wait what 'prophecy' do you mean?" Crosha asked.

"The prophecy states that two people will have the symbol of the sword and the shield burnt on their skin and both will protect their people. And they are said to be twins. One will fight, and the other will defend, don't you get it? I will defend the people while you will fight for them. But I am not yet sure, yet I have to figure out soon," Katie said seriously.

"What do you me-" Crosha wasn't able to finish her sentence because Katie started talking before she was able to finish.

"Oh, and by the way, the prophecy states that the one with the sword will not know about the prophecy unless the one who bears the shield mark tells you," Katie said giggling at the end.

"Oooookaaaay, see you later here at the school bus later?" Crosha said trying to look at her face.

"Yea, I had a good talk," Katie said turning to the window.

The bus stopped in from of the school. The school wasn't that big. Although, there are many students studying there. Crosha went to her first class which was English. Catherine, on the other hand, went to her locker and chatted with her friends for some while and got her stuff from the locker and went to her first class which was also English. Crosha and Katie didn't knew that they were in the same class because Crosha stayed at the back of the class while Catherine stayed somewhere at the middle where most of everyone, except the people at the back, could see her.

Crosha knew this day will be one long day since she has trouble with English for quite some years. Katie was doing perfectly fine with English. In fact, she was so good at it she went to writing contests when she has the time to. Crosha was doing really good at Math because she is a computer geek and she loves to solve some Math equations. Katie couldn't solve extremely hard equations because she has a big difficulty with it.

Anyways, they saw each other and was shocked. They both turned around against each other. They went back to their seats just in time for the class to start, and Ms. Uy came to the class and started to teach the class some English.
