Nile ( The Gun )
Part 7
Tori drove angrily in her car trying not to cry. Mama niles say. yes baby. did your mom and dad kick you out because of me? Tori was thrown back by the unexpected question. Tori didn't know what to say but she gathered up words. baby sometimes in life you just have to accept people for who they are. They did a bad thing yes. But we can't dwell on past mistakes. Mama it's been 8 years and they still haven't tried to reach out or look for you? If I let people that hurt me in life control My life, then I won't get anywhere. so I forgave them and you should too. we're going to bigger and better places and when they see us they'll be begging to be back in our lives. Niles accepted his mom answers and moved on.
November 2003
Tori sat backstage with one of the dancers that she was close casually with. yeah girl, I think today is going to be my last day. you leaving for good? Yeah me and Niles getting out of here. away from all this shit. I have a lot of money saved up so I think it's about that time. I'm ready to get out of Detroit and start over somewere new. well I hope everything goes well for you. your going to tell psycho.! No, think ima just go. can we keep this between us. Yeah no problem girl. Thanks little did Tori know cherry was lurking around the corner. Tori went to her locker cleaning it out leaving all the lingerie in a couple of heels she had. She left out the back door thinking about her new future with her son. Cherry wasn't having that,, she was jealous of Tori for a long time but to see her walk off to a better life wasn't sitting well with cherry. all the years she watched psycho grovel over this bitch and she think she can out snake me. Cherry went straight to psycho with the news she just heard. yes she say she got a lot of money saved up and everything. This didn't sit well with psycho either. She think she leaving me without a notice psycho slammed his hand on the desk. when you fuck with my money you fuck with me. She might just get her pink slip tonight.
Tori sits in her car down the street from the house she once called home. She stared at the house thinking of all her childhood memories good and bad. she thought about her best friend who she haven't seen since that night. I know she was probably pissed and hurt. Tori thought to herself. she would often tell Nile about her. Even show him a couple of pictures she had attached to her when she was kicked out. she felt bad, leaving her behind. Tori ducked down a little as she saw someone appear from her old house. It was her mother, fastening her coat walking to the mailbox. It was cold outside. Sincere looked up spotting Tori's car. Tori also spotted her becoming startled. Tori? Sincere asked herself as she noticed a little boy in the passenger seat. Tori started her car up quickly driving off. As many times as she hid out around her old home she never had the courage to get out and say anything or approach the parents that abandoned her eight years ago. that was the first time her mother ever spotted her. In a way Tori was happy she finally saw her. Tori and Niles made it back home together they had an overwhelming day. so they decided to curl up in bed together and fall asleep dreaming of the new life they were about to start. Tori held on tightly letting him know she will always be there for him.
