Niles made it back to the house going inside. I'm ready! Alicia say walking out of the bedroom and her Levi jeans and white long sleeve v cut sweater that hug her body. Niles completely forgot he was taking Alicia out today. come on baby hurry up and get ready I've been waiting for you all morning. Niles took his coat off making his way to the shower. he cut the hot water on stripping his clothes and climbing in. Niles adrenaline was still racing and his mind was still going. He just watched and killed one of his moms killers. he was happy, angry and confused at the same time but that wasn't going to make him stop. He was riding to the bitter end. Niles finished his shower getting out and getting dressed. Look at my man looking all good. Alicia say with a smile. Niles also put a smile on his face you ready? He asked her. I've been ready I was just waiting on you. We taking your car he say Alicia agreed.

Niles and Alicia made their way to a poetry cafe on Jefferson. they made their way inside grabbing a seat. I love poetry and I love the poetry here. their real good, Makes you feel like they're writing about you or to you. Niles say. I used to do poetry when I was in high school I was very literal. I love writing and talking Alicia started to laugh. I was voted president of our class. Alicia smiled with confidence. So I see where your business mind came in at. Yes I did a lot in high school I was in charge of putting the yearbook together. They love the way I did it the first time so much they asked me to do it every year until I graduated. That's what's up. Yes I orchestrated the plays, the assemblies, even some of the graduation speeches the principles were reading. alright then girl niles say as the first poet came up to read. The host introduced her and she began to recite it.
This poem is called battle
Maybe I want to much
Because what I had in the past wasn't enough
Maybe I got these feelings
Because I'm not done healing
My mind finds away to corrupt me
When my heart starts to feel that love thing
I am my own Enemy
I don't want to see me happy
Though the want for love burns inside me
What is this hold that I can't see
Its a fight I can't win
A bloody battle to the bitter end
The allowance of another soul to feel
Arrows to my heart that's at a stand still
I am defeated, victory is declared
Another lose to my name, and another life spared
Fighting my own emotion
With a sword of confusion
Push all away who try to get close
Hurt the ones that love me the most
All I want is peace, enough to love
That all starts with the man above

Niles, Alicia and everybody inside snapped for her as she left the stage. wow that was deep. Not knowing how to love because of past circumstances but realizing you have to love yourself first and God. She was amazing Alicia say. Have you ever felt that way? Niles ask Alicia. No not really my head was in the books through high school so I had no time for boyfriends. It wasn't until I started college did I get a boyfriend. I lost my virginity to him because I thought I loved him. After that he became distant and it broke my heart a little. I healed from it though. I realized I was worth more than what he was offering. I never let it mess with my future his loss. My gain Niles say as alicia smile, Charmed. What about you? I was actually surprised that you were able to love me. Why? Niled ask I've never had a girl before you. Yeah I went through a lot but like you said I don't take my past out on you. You've been my rock so why would I disrespect you. You remind me of my mom. Is that a good or a bad thing Alicia say jokingly. I mean your wisdom and business mind your caring nature and willing to forgive. You're an amazing person.
