Phoebe has had a hard life. Her parents were killed right in front of her, forcing her to live with her uncle. It shouldn't bother her to live with him but she feels as if she's being watched there. Its been that way for years. Now turning 18, her life is going to change forever. She doesn't think she'll survive, no one does.
