I sit here day by day,
Trying to forget.
Trying not to cry.
I loved you so much just to get pushed away.
Some times I cry my heart out,
Others I feel I could die.
I'm trying to hide the pain behind a smile.
Hoping you couldn't see that every time your near,
A single tear finds its way down my cheek,
past the my chin to fall upon the ground.
There it will remain until the day when,
My night turns to day,
And my sun shines once again.
