Chapter 3:

Jeff's POV...

Poor little boy.. He ought to be enjoying this! Hehe he squirmed and squirmed but the kid didn't stand a chance against me. I continued to slice through his little cheek. Yes yes.. Now the next one. I started cutting that one. What a beautiful- Wait a second..

The kid had gone to sleep too early! Dammit! I wasn't even finished!

I touched his neck with my fingers and I felt the steady flow of blood in his veins. The kid wasn't asleep yet! Silly boy! I guess he just couldn't handle my work and passed out or something. I shrugged my shoulders. His loss.

I laughed to myself as I finished carving his very handsome smile. He remained still and lifeless except for his steady breathing.

I then started on his eyelids. Tsk tsk tsk. Those simply must go. I very carefully sliced those off, making sure not to damage his pretty green eyes.

Once done I took out my lighter and did the usual, giving his eyes that perfect outline of black, and sealing up his eyelids. I dipped my fingers in the wound in his leg and wrote 'go to sleep' on the white wall, Kinda how to used to write and color on the wall with crayons... That always made Mommy mad though..

It doesn't matter though. She's asleep now.

Now it was time for the boy to sleep for real. "Hmmm" I wondered out loud. How should I do it? Slice his throat? Gut him? Stab him in the heart?

All of a sudden, a thought crossed my mind. He didn't have to go to sleep right away... I could toy with him. This would be extra fun. I laughed out loud.

I walked over to the girl (supposedly named Jenny, according to the boy) and reached in her pocket and pulled out her phone. I dialed the police.

"I'd get down here before he loses too much blood." I told the operator.

"Who is this?!" The operator demanded.

"The one they've been looking for."

And with that, I hung up, placed the phone inside Jenny's ribcage, hopped back out the window, and ran home with a huge smile on my face.
