Uproar awoke Gravesom as the Cartographers suddenly crowded around a striding Maxwell who was trying to make his way back to his regular chambers. He waved them all off with his trademark scowl and slammed the door. The team rushed back to the Commerce chambers and Gravesom had to practically fight for a place in front of the simulacrum. They all bent their heads forward expectantly but all they could see was the two humanoids in exactly the same position as when Gravesom discovered them on the empty planet, only now among storm clouds and mountainous valleys and peaks. The Cartographers waited, but nothing happened. The extreme geological change was the topic of interest for a bit but soon they were worn out on the subject, needing further information.
Ambermang received a brief message on the cylinder detailing the maelstrom and its passage. The storm reached an almost planet leveling peak before the two humanoids suddenly slammed together in an embrace. They maintained this position for over a day and a half as the storm slowly lost power. Eventually they simply walked back to their previous position while all weather disturbances winked out of existence. Maxwell went over his notes, devising new theories. Gravesom kept a solitary watch and thought he noticed one of the shapes growing slightly in size.
