Karnak drew a deep breath and stretched his newly acquired gigantic muscles. He inspected his jutting bones that formed a semi-exoskeleton and was pleased to discover that they, and his many horns, were growing nicely. His body would soon be doubling in size. The ritual took a little longer than expected but, yes, he could safely say that he was probably the best damn specimen since Gran VisZad aeons ago. He turned his savage face towards the struggling figure and trudged over. "Well Pop!" with a voice reminiscent of tectonic plates in mid-shift, "ya did a fine job and you should be proud of yourself. Too bad about mom, huh?" He didn't wait for a reply as he brought his gigantic foot down hard on the wizened, gasping face of his progenitor. Karnak then turned his gaze to the distant Kypr Mountains. Today he could leap to them in a single bound and, within a week, he knew he could easily do the same between worlds.
