The day it started

Riley's POV
Today I woke up a little late but as soon as I woke up I saw my best friend Maya walk
through my bay window.
Maya: sup goofball get ready for school!
Riley: groans......yea yea give me a minute.
With that I walked off to get my clothes and brush my teeth and do my hair.
We walk down stairs to find the smell of pancakes .........yummy!!!!!
Me and Maya sit down and eat our pancakes as fast as we could before we have to leave for the subway.
Maya: shoot Riles we have to go and get on the subway!!!!
Riley: Aww Man I did not finish but let's go!Bye guys love you see you at school dad!!!
As we arrived we saw Lucas and Farkle.
I have a Big Crush on Lucas his eyes how nice just everything about him I don't think it that obvious but then again I am Riley Mathews!
Maya POV
Nobody I mean NOBODY knows that I have a big crush on........the one and only LUCAS FRIAR. Yes I KINDA feel bad but who is not in love with that guy. The only reason why I say kinda is because Riley has everything she could ask for a family a stable house hold those are the most important things are her having a family that cares for her and a stable household. But me I have a half mom and a father that left me and my mom on our own I don't see my mom much because she is already working all the time. So I think it is fair that I can like Lucas! I don't feel bad at all. I am planning on telling him soon even though Riley has already told me she likes him.
Soon the subway has stopped and we are at school we always go 30 minutes early. I call Lucas over so we can speak.
Maya: hey do you maybe want to go to topangas after school with me like a date?
Lucas:sure that would be great about 5. We can go and meet up.!👌
All of a sudden I have an urge to kiss him and when I do I feel so much electricity run through my veins. I was so happy I finally got what I wanted and once it was me not Riley!!😊😊
Riley's POV
I....am....heart....broken!!!!!! Why would Maya do that to me and I thought Lucas like me but you know me Maya is always right! I want to bursting I tears but I hide it I hide everything sad from people thinking I am a ray of sunshine! I just walk into class and make it like I did not see anything to show I am not Broken at the moment!!!!
