Jae's got a secret Part 17

I woke up to the sun in my room. It was so bright, and Vivid you needed some sunglasses to focus your vision. I let out a yawn as I stretched my arms to the ceiling.

My phone was vibrating on my dresser next to me as I quickly looked at the caller ID. It was Jae.

"hm, that's odd." I picked up my phone and turned my head to look on the other side of the bed.

"Hey, Jae you're-"

He wasn't there.

A look of disappointment fell onto my face as i slid my phone to answer his call.

"Hey, what's up? Why'd you leave?" I asked with a concerned voice.

"My Driver came to get me this morning, and I had to go home and get ready for a family lunch with my sister and family friends. I'm sorry."

...It was a long pause

"Oh, well it's okay. I'm glad you came over yesterday I had a lot of fun."

"Thank you for allowing me to come over, and listen to your life story. We need to do it again. But listen I've really got to go now, just called because you weren't replying to my messages, haha. Chat later?"

"haha, yes; Jae. Goodbye."

I put my phone down and just smiled. What do I have to do today? I thought to myself.

"Oh! RIght! Dinner with Grandma and Grandpa today at... Shoot what time was it again? and wait, what time is it Now?" I was so confused.

I checked the time on my phone and it read: 12:30.

I quickly leaped out of my bed and wandered the house until I found my aunt Yen sitting in the kitchen.

She was reading something on her Ipad with a serious facial expression.

I crept up to where she was sitting, and she looked up at me.

"I see you're still in your pajamas.." Her eyes switched back to her Ipad as she continued to speak. "Lunch is at 2, and your dad should be here any minute so get to It."

I nodded my head and proceeded to head back up the stairs until she called my name.

"Minnie, dear. Someone left you some flowers and A card come get it."

FLOWERS? For ME? I couldn't believe it.

I quickly dashed to the counter and examined the flowers. They were so beautiful! They were Sakura light pink flowers that i've never seen before.

I couldn't take my gaze away from them, but I broke eye contact with them once I saw the card.

It was a pink, sparkly scented card. Wow. No one has ever went through this much just for me.

It was pretty awesome not even going to lie.

It was from Chanyeol.

Minette, I got you these flowers because they're pretty. Just like you haha. I would've delivered them to you myself but I have to work :( I have a lunch to attend today, so I will try and see you later on, Okay? Also D.O is wondering if you're feeling better from your bad fall. We all are, in fact. Have a good day, see you !

A huge grin took over my face as I started for the stairs.

Everyone's just going out to lunch today. Is it national Lunch day? Is that a day in Korea I don't know.

I didn't know, and I was not going to ask my aunt. Up the stairs I went to get ready for my day.
