James’ girlfriend= Jasmine

Skip’s girlfriend= Robyn

Luke’s girlfriend= Harriet

Beau's fake sounding laugh filled the awkward room. "So what are youse doing?" He smiled and sat next to me taking Maddy with him. 

I looked anywhere but at him, I felt so embarrassed that I had told the boys that I fancied him and now he was doing this.. I looked like a complete idiot.

"We were playing truth or dare, Jade had just answered her truth." Skip said innocently. I gave him a 'wtf' look.

"Oh what was your truth Jade?" Beau asked and looked at me, he had a really bitter sounding voice, I had no idea why, I hadn't done anything wrong.

"Nothing its not important." I muttered and looked down at my fingers I could feel everyone looking at me sympathetically, except for Beau who was frowning.

"No come on, say it, you told them, why can't I know?" Beau said sounding quite pissed off.

"Just fucking drop it Beau." I snapped at him causing him to look shocked. I had never got angry at Beau like that before, but he was doing my head in and I could tell for some reason that he was trying to wind me up.

You could cut the tension in the room with a knife. "Ok so who's go is next?" I said breaking the silence.

"I'll go." Harriet volunteered quickly. The room was luckily then filled with talking and laughter again. I wasnt listening though I was just staring at the ground wondering what the hell had just happened between me and Beau, we were never like that with each other. I was shaken out of my day dream by something jabbing me.

"Why didnt you keep your phone on?" Beau asked, he didnt look happy.

"Because I was busy.. why did you call me so many times?" I asked sourly.

Beau stared at me straight in the eyes, it felt like he was staring deep into me, he wanted to know something..but I didn't know what.

He broke the eye contact and looked away, "It was important, you should have answered." He replied.

"So just tell me now?" I pleaded.

"No." He glanced at Maddy. "It's too late to tell you now." A sad yet angry look filled his beautiful green orbs. 

I looked away for a moment and then stood up. "Bye guys, I got to go and do some paper work for work tomorrow." I said and shrugged.

"Bye." Everyone said in unison, I hugged everyone good bye and made my way to my car, the girls could collect their cars by walking, it wasnt that far. 

What the hell just happened.
