chapter 6: The new girl!

Isabelle's POV

I'm just walking through the woods and I see that there are foot prints...I crouch down and look at them and they are fresh footprints! I'm gonna keep my eye out now, there might be someone dangerous...I know I shouldn't be out here on my own but Carl treats me like a baby...I needed to get out of that stupid prison and get some freedom for a while...plus I brought my knife and my 22 rifle with me just in case. I turn around just so that I know that there aren't any walkers around me..."woah what are you doing?" There's a crazy lady I've never seen before pointing a gun at me..."what are you doing out in the middle of the woods In the middle of the zombie apocalypse?" I can't talk she's actually really pretty, but I'm not trying to be lesbian...I just think she would be the kinda person one of my friends would like..."answer me!" I didn't even realize that I was just staring at her until she yelled at me..."I'm...umm...Isabelle...Isabelle Cloud. Can I ask who you are?" She looks at me and just sighs..."I'm Kiersten...Kiersten Claro...but you can call me KC!" She's really nice and her voice is really high but I bet she's a great soprano singer..."Would you like to come to our camp with me?" She looks scared, "who is our?" Ohh that's right she doesn't know about my group..."me and my technically new family...they're my group that takes care of me and there's one of them that..." I get cut off when I hear Daryl yelling my name..."Isabelle what the heck are you doing here and who is this!" Oops now I'm in trouble, "This is KC and she's gonna come back with us and stay with us!" He looks mad now! "We're not letting a stranger come back to camp with us!" I guess I'm gonna have to lie now, "She's not a stranger...she's...a..ummm...old friend, right KC?" She nods because she can tell what I'm doing...she knows that I'm lying so that she can come with me...I'm so glad she didn't say that we didn't know eachother! "If you know her than she can come!" I smile widely! "YASSSSS!!!"
