Ok. Firstly, I wanna thank all the amazing llamas and unicorns for reading this siriusly (see what I did there) terrible book and putting up with my not so consistent updates. Melody's POV
Well, for starters, being undesirable number 2 is crap. I mean, I get that you can't go out, but I mean you can't go anywhere. No wonder dad gets bored at Grimmald. It is a nightmare. I am currently at, well, I don't know exactly where, just somewhere in the woods. Why may you ask? A girl, about my age came and found me in Grimmald. She told me she wouldn't hurt me or turn me in. She did give me a ripped couple pieces pod paper though. A very interesting couple of ripped pages too.
Here. Let me show you.
*Flashback from 2 days ago.^
I was hitting a bludger aground the pitch in the basement when I saw someone watching me. Naturally, I acted like I didn't see them, and hit a bludger at them. The person, or girl now I guess, twirls out of the way with elegance and grace. She then smirks at me and whispers something under her breath. She looks about 13 and has straight, sleek, jet black hair. A broom comes flying at her, and she jumps on and rides to me.
"Next time, aim the bludger a little lower so I can't dodge it." She says. "I'm Polaris. You are Melody Black. I have come to deliver a message from my master. You have 2 days to read this," she paused and handed me a couple of tipped pages, "and come and meet my master in the place where it all began." She flew away heading for the door and I tried to reach her when she went through, but she was gone.
I looked at the pages in hand. They looked like pages from a book. What do people do with books? They read them, so that's exactly what I did.
