Chapter 26

We had continued our way towards the land of waves after a very hazardous situation with Naruto. I will never know how he gets his ideas really, but then again he's a very special boy in my life. He will always be giving me surprises on his actions.

We speed right infront of a body of water as I watched the water calmly ripple with the soft breeze. I watched as a man on a boat was waiting looking toward our direction in urgency. We calmly entered the medium sized boat as the man started to row which still confused me. We weren't close to the wave country yet, but he insisted that he had to row and not use the motor.

I started to become even more irritated as I whistled to only have the water vibrations surround me. I hated to only hear the water and not know what was happening at all, it wasn't until Naruto shouted about a bridge that I was becoming curious again. The man started to scold Naruto making me turn in his direction with a scowl on my face. He had no right to speak mean to a child who has never seen a bridge that is bigger than a building.

I calmly listen to the old man talk about how his family will hate the leaf because of his death. I really didn't buy any of what he was saying though, he was using us as much as any normal civilian does to survive.

The old man of the boat stared something about still using the undetected route to make sure we aren't detected. I whistled to figure out that we were going through some kind of tunnel.

After a while we had finally made it to land. Once my foot touched soil I whistled to get the layout of what was around me. I could sense the sound waves bouncing off of trees, but the strange thing was that there was something that was moving around on top of the trees that was to big to be a bird or squirrel. I keep my whistles high and frequent as I make sure that what ever was in the trees wasn't going to do any type of danger at the moment.

I kept my whistles aimed at the strange thing, until I heard shouting coming from Sakura and the old man. I stopped whistling as I put my attention to what they were doing only for me to become frustrated. I walked to Sakura and put my hand on her shoulder making her quite. I frowned down at her and gave a sigh of disappointment. I turned to Naruto who was on the ground with a rabbit saying his apologies to it.

"Lit-" I instantly stop what I was about to say as I turn my head to a giant object heading our way. I hear someone shouting to get down making me quickly kneel down last and face to where the object had gotten stuck on a tree. I hear someone land on the object, I whistle as I make sure that everyone is still alive and breathing.

I stand up still facing the object that was now lodged in the tree as I hear what seems to be leaves moving in specific places in tree tops.

"Well... well... if it isn't the Hidden Mist's missing-nin Momochi Zabuza." Kakashi said as I tried to pin point the being in the tree. I knew that the person that Kakashi had just named was dangerous, but the being in the trees was also possible trouble.

Naruto tried to run at the person on what I am positive could be a giant sword, but Kakashi stopped him before he could get a step closer to the person who was known as a silent killer.

"Everybody, get back. This one is on a whole other level." Kakashi said as everyone stayed silent until I hear Kakashi move slightly and lift his hand. I am pretty sure that Kakashi was doing something with his headband but I didn't really know until he stated about having to use it.

"You appear to be Sharingan Kakashi... sorry but...... the old man is mine." Zabuza Momochi was a very strong enemy for the kids, that I knew for a fact, but I would think that I would possibly his worst enemy. I stayed quiet and stayed behind to not draw any type of attention towards me while I try to keep tabs on the other person in the trees.

"Surround... and protect Tazuna-san. Do not enter the fight. That's the teamwork here." I kept my observation as I listened the the breathing of the being in the trees. Kakashi was handling the situation of keeping the kids out of the fight, I wanted to keep that being in the trees away from this fight no matter what. I hear a gasp coming from Naruto after Kakashi addressed Zabuza making me believe that Kakashi was going to go all out for this fight. I carefully listened as the explanation of what the sharingan was being told, I already knew what it was about and I knew that Sasuke was going to be skeptical about who Kakashi really is and why he has the sharingan. I readied myself into a stance that will let me get fight or defend in a single move. I listened carefully as I notice that Zabuza had let out his chakra, I keep my hearing focused on the feet that was running around us in the cloud of chakra. His voice speaks out as the main 8 vital death points. I notice Sasuke start to shake from behind me, making me slightly worry that he might do something very stupid if not stopped and calmed down.

I gently place my hand on top of his head as Kakashi reassures him that he will be protected no matter what. I quickly jump into the defence the kids made as I grab the sword between my two hands as Kakashi comes and stabs the water clone with a kunai. Once the water clone was stabbed jumped over Kakashi and over the sword that Zabuza swung as I silently landed behind the real Zabuza who had just made his destination behind Kakashi. I quickly kicked his side as he swung his sword making his swing higher than he had wanted it to be, I jumped the the side as his sword was making its way back toward me after his swing. I hear as he kicked Kakashi as I curse slightly and ran after Zabuza and kicked him in the back once he stopped. I hear Zabuza's grunt of surprise as I keep myself moving so that I can keep both him and the other person confussed while I keep track of what is still  around me. I was quickly stopped once I hear a senbon hit the ground right infront of me, I slightly turn my head to the kids as they concentrate on Kakashi who was now trapped in a water prison.

"Kids." all three turn to me at my voice as  I give both the boys a smile. "I know that you two can get Kakashi out of there. I need to get Zabuza's accomplice from the trees, I know you can do this because you both are very strong." with that said I jumped into the trees as I whistle and feel the accomplice a few branches infront of me. I slowly breath out from my nose and let my right hand come to my necklace. Once it was in my grasp, we both jump at each other as we go blow for blow yet not landing a single hit at each other. "You are much stronger than this, you are not using your full strength. You fight with your eyes because of your blind eyes, yet you don't fight me with all your strength. Why?"

"Doing that to a poor child like you could get you killed, I won't kill you. I won't do that to a child who still has a reason to be living, to fight for something that they love. After all what kind of future mother would I be if I killed a child who has a dream of what they love." I smiled as I jumped at him and let my arm pull back until I was close enough to hhim and gave him a hard punch on is right cheek. "I would rather put you to sleep for a while than do anything worse." I said as he was knocked out from my punch. I jumped back towards the others as I make it in time to listen to Kakashi explain how the kids smart idea and attack allowed Kakashi to escape. I smiled slightly as I listened to the water style fight between the two deady ninjas, I quickly jump down to Sasuke, Sakura and the old man as I lift them in my arms and place them on the branch of a tree. I jump back down as I grab onto Naruto who was still in the water as I walk on the surface and wait until the water calms down to place Naruto on solid ground.

I move my head to the tree that was next to Zabuza's and whistle, he had woken up apperantly and was now going to save Zabuza from dying. I face his direction as I quietly whisper to him.

"I will see you both in a weeks time. I hope that we will come to peace after our fight."

All I can say is that I am a big meany and I hope that this long chapter is alright for you all. I hope you all...
