Neyv's POV

We all took different cars to Wimpy's because only me Els and Jess knew the way. I had lucked out and ended up with Luke and Ashton in my car, while jess and El rode with Calum and Michael.
"So Neyv how long you been singing? I looked you up on YouTube and your videos are crazy good and crazy funny" Ashton says. I'm glad he did because Luke has just be glued to his phone and smiling like a dork.
"Oh umm my whole life really. But on YouTube for around 2 years. It's hard for me because I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks, so anytime I step up on stage I have to calm my heart down." Why oh why did I tell them that, he just asked how long I've been singing for not a whole sad story on my life.
"No way, that's really brave of you. That's really cool Neyv. Don't you think Luke" Ash says trying to bring him back into the land of the living. Wow they really do get disconnected don't they (see what I did there. Okay no, stop joking neyv)
"Huh oh yeah totally." He wasn't even listening. The jerk
"I'm so sorry Neyv. Luke's just kind of obsessed with his new girlfriend at the moment." Ashton says looking at me like he truly is sorry
"Oh it's okay. I know what it's like to date a Luke not much up there." I reply using one hand to point at my head

"That's offensive on so many levels and when did you date a Luke." He looks up  at me expectantly.

"Well you remember that  guy  with the black hair and green eyes, well that's Luke and we used to date but when I went on tour I broke up with him because I was going to be away for a while and I didn't want to  put him through the agony of having a girlfriend who wont be around all the time."

"Oh I totally get it. I sometimes feel the same with Arzaylea, like I should be totally committed to her but I'm not. Most of my time is taken up  by my career." Luke  replies completely switching off his phone.

"But you wouldn't have it any other way and  that's what gets to you because if you  had the choice on staying with the person or going on tour, you'd choose the tour in a blink of an eye." I reply, maybe I misjudged Luke we may  be  more alike than we think.

"Yeah but you  don't even feel that  guilty about it because you  know there was never really a choice to begin with."

"Exactly" I nod my head quick in understanding

"I may  have been wrong about you." Luke says

"Most people are" I flick my hair back jokingly but  Luke just gives me a what the hell look

"Kidding gosh tough crowd but honestly thanks. I guess I was wrong about you too" I turn the corner and I see the restaurant. How I  missed this place, the big red wimpy's sign and the food.

"Here we are hope you guys are hungry because you're about to experience the best food in the world." Okay so its probably not the best food in the world but  it is amazing. I turn into the carpark excited to finally get some food in my stomach.

"Okay this is not what I expected, I thought it would be some massive restaurant with thousands of people  in it. Not some tiny place with not even 10 cars in the parking lot." Luke says

"Okay I know that its not the best looking place but you can't judge a book by its cover. Look at me and you, we didn't like each other to begin with but now we have a understanding. It has amazing food and I'm sure you'll  love it."  I get out of the car and wait for the boys to get out so I can lock the doors.

"Okay I'm trusting you that the food is better than it looks." Luke is such a baby, its food I thought they loved food. We go into wimpys and take a seat with the rest of them. I'm left to sit in between Luke and Michael. I talk to Michael most of the time because Luke is once again glued to his phone so I decide to play the same game I always play with the girls.

"Okay so lets play this game, we all put our phones in the middle in the table and whoever touches their phone first pays for every ones meal. Me, Jess and El play it all the time. But you have to leave your phone on so you can sit and stare at it and get  too tempted." The boys faces were priceless we couldn't contain our laughter. Ash, Cal and Mike gave in easily but Luke looked so pained

"come on Luke its fun, are you too afraid that your going to lose so you don't even try." Calum says mocking him

"No that's in the rules if he refuses to play he pays automatically." Jess says and his face drops once again at the realisation that he will have to pay for our meals if he doesn't put his phone down.

"You're so on." He slams his phone down and it automatically starts to ring I can't even hold in my laughter and of course its the time the waiter comes and brings our food.

In the end Ashton ended up losing because his mum ended up ringing him and he had to answer so he ended up paying for all of us. Me and Luke couldn't stop laughing at him we were both in tears. I guess what they say is true there's a fine line between love and hate. I may not love Luke but I do at least like him as a friend.
