•Grace's POV•

I climbed out of bed, walking to my closet, grabbing a pair of skinny kaki jeans, I threw a dark green sweater on and left my long curly hair looking fine out.

I wore the necklace my mom gave to me on my sixteenth birthday.

I wore it and walked towards my class, when the speakers of the school spoke.

"GRACE LYNN AND JASON JORDAN'S, TO THE MAIN OFFICE NOW!" A angry man screamed into it.

I gulped hard.

Knowing what it's about.

I made my way to the office.

Where I knocked and walked in, surprisingly Jason was there, before I came.

What a surprise..

I glanced at them both.

A but hesitatingly I shut the door.

"Yes sir?" I asked shocked.

"Sit!" He raised his voice.

I walked towards the couch opposite Jason's and took a uncomfortable seat.

"Grace! I was kind enough to dismiss your detention and suspension into your student record, yet you thought it was okay to DITCH THE DETENTION!!?" He yelled towards the end.

I scrunched my face up to the loud yell hurting my ear drums.

"First of all sir, I didn't plan to ditch it, I was just home sick really bad, and when Jason came, I couldn't stand it in there, so I didn't know how to contact a teacher to get some hydration, instead I thought I should leave the detention and somehow grab a bottle of water to drink from thirst, I couldn't find anyone around, by the time I drank my water, the detention was finished, so I was passing out and decided to sleep, sorry for not informing you, but I tried my hardest, plus I already done half of it" I lied.

Jason was smirking from one ear to another.

He didn't know how that lie twisted up my excuse, but he was glad of it.

"Well grace lynn, I must say, It sounds sad, but miss. Lynn, there is no right to exit your detention without telling a staff, which is exactly what you did, therefore, I might be calling your mother, and when i do, I'll have to let her know about this and tell her how you are assigned to eight exclusions, you are excluded from your lessons!" He said angrily.

"What-n-no y-y-you can't g-get my m-mom involved, p-p-please?" I asked.

"You should've thought about this earlier Grace, you've brought yourself trouble just for a little mistake" he said shaking his head.

"There's no way I won't do this, don't convince me to leave this mistake alone, cause as a head of school, it's my duty to keep things organised" he said looking over at me.

"Sir, this isn't her fault,no convinced her to leave the detention, she was passing out, I was scared of what would happen to her, I thought I could help as a roommate, plus she got hurt in her detention since she was passing out" he defended.

"Any proof?" Asked Mr. Watson.

"Yes" Jason nodded, he slowly told me to pull up my jeans to show my knee.

I nodded and done as told.

Mr. Watson gasped, "oh my, grace Lynn, I dismiss your exclusions, and I think I'd give up calling your mom, this must've been a serious matter" he said in disbelief and shock, "it certainly was" Jason nodded.

I was shocked that Jason was defending my trouble, I owe him now.

Great.

"Jason, however is getting a phone call home, you've caused too much trouble to dismiss! Don't ask me not to!" Mr. Watson said.
