~(Y/N) P.O.V

Your walking down an dark alley next to a run-down bar in the lower part of the city, trying to get back to your apartment before it's pitch black, because there was no moon tonight. There's trash everywhere and you seem to be a little drunk but you can walk pretty straight, (At least you thought you weren't that drunk) but you think your hallucinating when you see your boyfriend that you should've dumped awhile ago. He didn't live near here.

"I thought I told you I wanted a break" You say to him. It must have been the beer because you were pretty sure he wasn't really there, he looked pale and crazed.

"I just needed to see you again, before... well... never mind. But you know I love you, I miss you! I need you, (Y/N)" He replied

You finally realized he was actually standing there and you stopped walking. He had always been clingy but this... this was like wanting to spend eternity with him. And you definitely didn't want that.

"I need some space Doug. I need to live my life without you calling every hour to see where I am. I need someone who's supportive, not someone who decides things for me. This can't work, Doug, and you know it."

"No.. No, you'll see. You love me. Your perfect for me, and I need you. I love you."

He was starting to walk closer, so you started walking backwards. He's hit you before when you couldn't kiss him. That should have told you, warned you, but you couldn't leave, you don't know why, you felt bad. But it was over now.

"Don't walk away" He was 5 feet away now. You turned around to start running but he jumped on you before you could even start. Your backed up against the wall and he leans closer to, you think kiss you, but you see fangs sprout from his gums and you realize he's going to bite you. Instead you punch his nose and then kick his balls, something you learned in a defense class. He doubles over, clutching his balls, so you decide to run away before he can recover. Your about to run around the corner when you see 2 men sneak up to Doug on the other side of the alley, so you hide behind a dumpster to watch whats happening. A guy with short brown hair, who was good looking, runs up to Doug with a machete and tries to chop of his head but Doug throws him into a wall, and while Doug was distracted, a tall, long brown haired guy succeeds in decapitating Doug. You realize that the taller one was extremely good-looking, but in a hot/sensitive sort of way. You can't be thinking that! They just killed Doug! You decide to ask them what just happened. It was a stupid idea, after all, they did just commit murder. You guess you had more beer than you thought. You were curious though, about the fangs. They definitely weren't fake.

"Hey!" You yell over to the boys, emerging from behind the dumpster. "What the hell was all that because that definitely was not legal!" The guys start walking towards you, and you yell "Stay right there! Don't come near me or I'll scream." You weren't going to take any chances, you had no idea why you hadn't bolted out of there already, and you were getting ready to run.

"Don't worry, we don't kill humans," The shorter one said.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Though you already know, deep down.

"I'll tell her," The shorter one says to the taller one, and they start arguing who's going to tell me. You assumed it was because of your looks. Womanizers.

"Tell me WHAT!" You say. You were getting annoyed because you weren't learning anything about what just happened and you still didn't trust them.

"It's all real. Ghosts, Demons, monsters, all of it." The shorter one says, beating the taller one to it. "You just met one right now.. The.. you know, the one we just killed. He was a vampire. And we're hunters, we kill them"

"Doug?"

"Doug? Who's.. oh, yea, sorry about that." The short one says.

"Who are you guys?" You obviously believed them because you saw Doug with your own eyes. You still didn't trust them though.

"I'm Sam Winchester, this is my brother Dean" The taller one, Sam, said.

"Hey." Dean said, giving you a 'whats up' nod. Really? You think. Now's not a time for flirting.

"Hunters, huh?" You liked the sound of that,  it sounded better than a crappy apartment 6 days from eviction and 70 000 in debt. You were always and independent person, but you also liked company. You decided you wanted to become a hunter. What more could you do for this world that's already dying than protect the humans in it for just a little longer? "Could I join you?" You ask.

"Excuse me?" Dean said. "Join us?"

"Yeah, you know, become a hunter. I want to go with you."

"No. No way we're pulling you into this, it's dangerous and has a very short life span." Dean said. You knew right away why not. He had lost someone to it.

"Well, how long have you guys been doing it?" You ask, wanting to know how long they've lived.

"Practically out whole lives. Trust me, you don't want this" Sam said.

"Well you are pretty old," You say in a slightly sarcastic tone, "So you've been doing this, what, 25 years? Well, I'll be happy to live that much longer."

"About that much. But you can't come, we're sorry."

They turned around and whispered to each other.  Turning back to you, Dean said, "So, we're just gonna leave now. Don't follow us and don't go looking for trouble. You do not want this life. "

"Well, bye." Sam said apologetically. They walked around the corner and you followed them. They got in a black car and drove away. But you weren't done with this yet.
