“Elixir!! Don’t run off too far I won’t be able to catch you!” the voice of the King erupted from the hallways of the palace
“Father you are just too slow!!” the boy shouted back while still running
The chase was interrupted by a palace soldier who hurriedly made his presence known and approached the King.
“Your highness, I was asked to inform you that the Queen is currently having her labor. She is asking for your presence.” the guard said sweat all over his body while panting heavily
“Elixir let’s go we are going to meet your sibling!” the King proclaimed joyfully while motioning his son to come to him
“I want to have a sister!!” the boy said giddily as he run off to his father
“It’s a girl my Queen!” the chambermaid erupted with delight as she handed the baby girl to the Queen who is tearing up with happiness
“Oh! My little princess…there there don’t cry. We are all very happy because you are already here.” the Queen lovingly said while she gently gathered her arms to carry the fragile baby
“Oh my it’s a princess!!” a voice suddenly erupted that belonged to the King who hurriedly approached the bed where the Queen is resting
“What should we call our little princess?” the Queen looked happily towards his husband who was busy staring at the little baby girl
“We will call her Anya!! Princess Anya!!” the King proclaimed and the whole room filled with servants erupted cheers
“Your wish came true son. You finally have a sister.” the King looked over to his son who is holding the little hands of his baby sister while staring at her adoringly
10 YEARS AFTER
“Brother! Papa is calling us we need to be at the throne room now!” shouted by a young girl with her sweet voice
“Give me a minute Anya. I will just finish this soon.” A deep voice of a young man responded
“Oh, you always say that. You always train archery, fencing anything related to warfare every day. Don’t you get so bored?” the young girl playfully said while walking over towards his brother
“It’s my hobby so I don’t get tired of it” Elixir responded with a smirk while taking another arrow as he positioned himself to shoot the target
The arrow landed straight to the target with such accuracy.
“Oh look the prince and the princess are finally here!!” a voice from the crowd erupted that caught the attention of everyone inside the throne room
“Prince Elixir becomes more and more handsome every time I see him.” a noble woman whispered
“Oh and he is not only handsome. He is a genius when it comes to everything especially in warfare.”
“I heard that he is even better than the top soldiers in the military.”
“He is just so perfect and of top of that he is a prince…”
A lot of side comments were made by every lady inside the throne room while they look dreamily over the very handsome young man with a jet black hair, toned body, and with his distinct blue eyes focused to his sister while occasionally glaring at the men who are staring at them specifically to his sister Anya.
“Oh, you are finally here!!” the King announced joyfully while grinning at his children who are staring back at him with puzzled expressions
“Father, What is your purpose of sending us here? I thought we are still not yet allowed to attend official gatherings like this?” Elixir probingly asked
“Let me answer this for you my husband. Well dear, you are turning thirteen soon. That means you will be an adolescent officially. That is an event that needs to have a grand celebration!” The Queen looked lovingly to his son who suddenly blushed from embarrassment
“Wah brother is turning thirteen! I need to get him a present!” princess Anya jumped up and down, her light brown hair bouncing around
“You don’t need to make a big fuss out of this. It’s just another birthday.” Elixir muttered under his breath while looking down at the red carpet that he’s standing on
“Oh I was planning to make you the commander of a squad as my gift to you and officially announce your entry to the military. But it seems like..” the king wasn’t able to finish his sentence when
“No!! I will do it!! I will do it!!” Elixir practically shouted while moving closer to the throne
“So it seems like we will only be needing preparations now for your party.” the King happily announced while the throne room erupted with cheers and congratulations
