Chapter 20.

I put the book down and stared up at the ceiling, mindlessly. My power was to see into people's pasts, but what good does that do? I only hurt people by looking into their private lives... But, sometimes, I'm curious. I look over at Junhong, who is sleeping, snoring softly. I smiled slightly, he knows everything about me, yet, I know nothing about him. He has never told me about his family nor about his life before we met. I don't know if he just totally forgot to tell me, or he doesn't want me to know. I got up and silently laid back down in bed, then touched Zelo's cheek with my lips softly and I felt a memory engulf my senses.

....Memory....

(I looked around after blinking my eyes a few times for focus. We were at a house, I'm guessing in Korea, and I saw pictures of Zelo and another girl, smiling, hugging, kissing....)

"Zinger! I'm home!" I hear a familiar male voice say. (I looked over to see Zelo, wearing the same clothes as when Ariel was.. Killed... But, why is he here? Looking for Zinger?)

"Zelo-oppa! I'm right here!" A girl responds, jumping into Junhong's arms, and kissing his lips. I growled. Nobody kisses my mate, but me. He kissed her back then swung her around, holding her legs so she didn't fall.

"I missed you! How was rehearsal today?" Zelo asks, walking through me then sitting on the couch in their living room and holding her in his lap.

"Good. We worked on the dances and stuff... Why do I smell another girl on you?" She asked suspiciously. (I sniffed the air, it was my scent she was smelling.)

"Oh," He sniffs the air then takes a sharp intake of breath, she didn't seem to notice but Zelo continued on,"There was a fan who wanted pictures and autographs. She was hugging up on me baby, I'm sorry." He explained. (My heart sank to my stomach, I felt the hitch in my breath. How could he say that?)

"Oh, Well you're mine. And you always will be! I'm your mate after all...." Zinger said, but is cut off by Zelo's lips.

"Yes, you are. Saranghae." Zelo said, kissing her deeply. (I cried, even though nobody heard me. I felt my heart break when Zinger replied back to my mate.)

"Nado saranghae, my love." Zinger said, kissing him back with the same deepness as he had given her.(I'm done watching this, I thought as I wiped away the memory and opened my eyes.)

....Memory End....

I opened my eyes to see Zelo still asleep, and I lifted my face away from his. I put my hand up to my cheek, and felt a wetness that had dampened my face. I was crying. I can't just continue life as If what I have just seen never happened. I leaned over and sniffed his body. I growled lowly, I smelled another female on him. It wasn't familiar to me, so it couldn't be my sisters'. I shook my head and just sighed. I thought you were better than this, Zelo. I looked over at the alarm clock and it was now 6:55 am. Ariel should be up by now.

Ariel? I asked through our personal mind link.

Yes? I thought you were asleep. What's wrong? Has something happened? She asks, worriedly.

Yes... I think Zelo is cheating on me. I say back, sadly. My mark burned when I said those words, and I winced in pain.

What? How do you know? Ariel asks, not believing my words.

You remember when we found out we had those Alpha female powers? Like the ones that females of an Alpha bloodline would have a chance to get? Well, mine is the power to see into people's memories or pasts. And I saw Zelo in the clothes he was wearing when we had come home from the hospital that one day, and this was when he was missing when we came home. It turns out, he had been telling Zinger that she was his mate, and not mine. They were hugging and kissing each other.... I said as I whimpered in pain when my mark burned more as I remembered Zelo's memory.

How do you know this? Maybe it was his dream-- Oh.. Ariel said as it finally sunk in, I sent her a glimpse of the memory. She gasped.

Oh lord.... Kimmie... Ariel said, I could imagine her saying that while shaking her head.

What do I do? I can smell her scent on him... It hurts to.. I tried to continue speaking, but my mark was aching in pain. From the stench of the girl who had her scent all over my mate. Ariel stayed silent for a few minutes. I glanced over at the clock to check the time. When it was around 7:28 am. Ariel responded back.

I have decided. You must leave, I will go with you, but Charlene will stay. I sent her the message for when she wakes up. We will stay in contact, but she must stay for the sake of the band. Ariel said. Would...she really do this for me?

Yongguk... Isn't he your mate? You need to stay for him! You can't just-- 

Kimmie. My mate isn't Yongguk. My real mate rejected me, and left me. I love Yongguk, But, he just isn't my mate. My mate's wolf still speaks to me, telling me about how he has been. If I can survive two years without my mate, so can you. She says, sighing as she spoke of her once could have been mate. 

Okay.. I guess, what now? Do we just leave? What about my mark?.. I tried to finish what I was saying, before I heard someone yawn and stretch beside me.

"Hey, Kimmie." Zelo said, wrapping his arms around me. Shocks and shivers running up and down my spine simultaneously. I shook him off roughly. I don't need you touching me.

"Hey.. What's the-"

"Who do I smell on you?" I asked, interrupting him.

"What?" He asked, confused. He tried to cover it up, but his eyes gave him all away. He had fear in his eyes.

"I smell another girl on you! It isn't my sisters and I don't recognize it! I saw your memories, you're cheating on me!" I said loudly, loud enough I could hear the sounds of soft gasps coming from the rooms beside us. He stayed quiet, tears coming down his face. He didn't say a single thing to protect himself. I shook my head and got up, I bit my thumb until it bled and put it against my mark, Zelo screamed.

"You're not my mate anymore. Tell Zinger I said hi." I said turning around and walking away, Zelo clutching his neck where the mark burned his skin.

"Kimmie, please! Don't leave me!" Zelo cried as I stopped at the door and looked back at his pained face.

"Why? Zinger is your mate, remember? You told her that." I said turning my head back around,"Oh yeah, This child that I have here, will never see your face and call you father." I slammed the door behind me, hearing his whimpers and cries from the outside of the door. I looked up to see everyone outside their doors, looking at me with pity.

"We knew he was dating Zinger behind you.." Youngjae said, being the only brave one to admit this to me. I just shook my head and walked over to Ariel.

"Can we leave now?" I asked, tears strolling down my face. She nodded and hugged me. Charlene came over and hugged us, she knew we had to go. Our family was splitting up.

"Is this it?" Daehyun asked, walking over to us with a concerned look on his face. We all nodded and sighed. When we all broke apart me and Ariel looked at each other and I nodded. We both walked out of the house, and shifted. Everyone but Zelo came down to say goodbye. We finished with our farewells soon after and left.

When we finally began running, I stopped and looked back up at me and Zelo's old room, and I saw him staring at me through the window, making the special heart he does.
