Chapter 21.

When me and Ariel ran off, I cried the whole way. Zelo is-was! My mate. I didn't think it was possible for anyone to cheat on their mate, after being marked. It was practically impossible. Or at least I thought it was.

"How much longer until we're there?" I whined. Ariel sighed.

"Another mile. You can run it fatty!" Ariel said, sticking her tongue out playfully. I growled, laughing, then ran faster.

"I'm not fat! And last time I checked you were the one who ran less then I do." I said back. She gasped and I laughed. She ran faster and I took her challenge. We both sprinted, to the airport and when we stopped we practically crashed into the ground. We huffed and puffed, mostly I did, then laughed.

"Let's go inside. The plane is going to leave before we do if we don't hurry!" Ariel said, grabbing my arm and leading us inside the airport.

"What plane? Ariel, where are we going!?" I asked. She then stopped and stared at this group of boys, who I didn't recognize until one boy, who I presumed to be the leader, turned around and stared back. It was Zico of Block B.

I gasped, my mouth dropping to the floor. I looked behind him when he walked forward to meet Ariel in the middle, to see the most handsomest man I have ever seen. He had these eyes which...you could just get lost in. His short hair which looked so soft, even the fluffiest bunny couldn't compete against. He was drinking a cup of coffee, and by the look on his face he needed it. When he saw me staring, he stared back, spitting out the coffee onto the clean floor, making the janitor glare at him madly, making the guy blush rapidly. I giggled and went over awkwardly, then giggled again when his blush got deeper.

"Hi, um my name is Kimmie.. What's your's?" I asked, swinging back and forth slightly to calm my nerves. He smiled, showing his perfect, pearly white teeth.

"Hi, My name is Kim Yu Kwon. Um, sorry about the mess here.." U-Kwon said blushing deeply, He looks cute when he blushes.

"Oh, It's okay.." I say back, smiling. The janitor looked back at us and growled.

"It's not okay! I just mopped here!" He said growling, his eyes turning red.

"Watch your tone, Don't speak to your second in command of State like that." Ariel said, growling. Second in command? I raised my brow and Ariel made a face, like a 'Stop-and-let-me-handle-it' kind of face. I nodded and watched.

"Oh I'm sorry miss. I didn't realize.. But who are you to tell me what to do, lesser female?" The brave janitor asked. Ariel growled loudly, uh-oh.

"Um, only your Alpha of state! Never speak to me like that!" She said, her eyes blackening.

"I...I...Accept my apology, Alpha Female! I didn't realize...."

"It's Fine, Just watch your tongue next time." Ariel says, calming her anger and turning her eyes back to normal. The man nodded and cleaned the mess up quickly, then walked or ,more likely, ran from us. U-Kwon then tapped my shoulder, and sipped his coffee casually.

"So, you are second in command of State, hmm?" He asked. I laughed and shook my head.

"No, she just said that to get the janitor off my back. But, I'm third in command of State, My sister is Alpha Female of State though."I explained. He nodded and sipped more of his coffee. I looked around the airport, then walked over to Ariel, who was talking with Zico, their hands intertwined.

"Why are you here?" Ariel asked. She tilted her head a bit to get the point across that she was confused.

"I came here for you. My wolf has been going nuts, and I have been also... Why do I smell another scent? Did you mate with another man?" Zico asked, sadly, His lip quivered slightly.

"I'm sorry. But, yes I did. He was my other mate which, for some reason, was assigned to me. We had those sparks which gave each other away, Making us mates, but he just wasn't. Everyone gets a backup mate, but I wanted my real mate. You." Ariel said, squeezing Zico's hand slightly. He smiled and kissed her cheek.

"I want you too, now that I see what a dumbass I was before, for rejecting you. Forgive me?" Zico asked, getting down on one knee. Ariel smiled and nodded.

"Yes, I forgive you. Now, We have to go home. My sister, Kimmie needs her real mate." Ariel said, looking over at me.

"My real mate? But I thought..." I started.

"Zelo wasn't your real mate. He cheated on you, Zinger is his real mate. I know this hurts for me to tell you and for you to understand, He was your backup and you were his. I know that Charlene found her real mate, which was Himchan. Her back up is Jongup, so she had to stay there with the band." Ariel explained, "But, when you re-mate and find your true mate, your baby from Zelo will disappear. You wouldn't remember her, but he would. Causing him pain since you wouldn't remember his child." I nodded slowly. I don't want my baby to disappear, even though it was a baby from me and JunHong.

"Okay. Well, are we going to leave yet? I don't want to talk about him." I said, looking away from her eyes. She nodded and held my hand, leading me to the plane. I felt another hand grab my free one, making sparks fly between us. I looked up to see a smiling U-Kwon who then passed his smile onto me.

We all paid for our tickets and got on the plane. My seat was next to U-Kwon, and Ji Hoon. I leaned over onto U-Kwon's shoulder, and shut my eyes. I think today was the perfect day to leave home.
