The woods were quiet and a haze of sunlight filtered the scene. Strangely there were no chirps just the rustles of trees as the wind passed though, something about this place felt out of place perhaps it was just the silent.
He continued walking until he saw a building not far off the distance. He headed towards it at a fast pace. Not long he was standing in front of a huge stone wall, walking around the building he found there was no entrance. But he had the feeling this is where Ari was punished to. He went back into town to collect information.
There was once a myth of how a maiden was kidnapped in the forest while with her" soon to be husband." She was locked in a place where you could not enter, the man heard that if he found the flower of love he could free his beloved and destroy the witch who keep pretty young ladies as birds in cages.
Knowing what to do Jay went and search for the flower of love. They said that when you find it you can feel it is the one.
For two days he search energy drained from him but he continued thinking that Ari must be feeling worse. On the third day, the sun settled sending out colors into the sky. Jay was searching in the high mountains when something caught his eye. A rose golden flower gleamed in the pool of moonlight. The a feeling tugged on his heart and Jay knew this was the one. He climbed up the mountain slipping a few times with minor wounds but eventually got there where the flower shone. He carefully pulled the roots out of the dirt and placed the flower into his bag carefully. Quickly he raced towards the woods to where Ari was trapped at.
Once again the tall stone wall loomed in front of Jay. He took out the flower of love and gently he tapped it against the stone wall. The ground shuddered and the stone walls sank into the ground. Jay was surprised that it actually worked, a sigh of relief left his mouth. He continued his journey lurking deeper in the mysterious place. A big room got a hold of his sight and he went inside by tapping the flower on the wall again for there was no entrance.
Inside the dark room he could hear clanking of metals hitting each other above his head. He was shocked at what he saw, thousands of birds locked in cages. They started squawking when he raised his head. Goodness the thundering noises they could make, he decided that was what he was going to do when he finds Ari.
"Who dares enter my realm?!" Screech a high pitch voice. All the clanking stopped abruptively, turning around towards the sound, a figure of an old lady took form. A wart on her nose, and an amazingly straight back, white hair scattered around her shoulders and tattered clothes covered on her frail body.
If stares could shoot laser beams, it was metaphorically doing that. Staring intently on Jay, and the witch started laughing.
