It was only about seven o'clock and Barry was already in his lab trying to find a way to recreate time travel. Then Naldo ran into the lab screaming loudly. "What was that for Naldo?" Barry shrieked still scared from Naldo's scream. "I'm sorry Barry, but the ducks in the park were chasing me." Naldo said with an apologetic tone. "Naldo we have bigger things to focus on." Barry said frustrated with his friend's lack of focus. "I'm sorry for not asking before how did your date with Marci go last night?" Naldo asked feeling bad for forgetting his friend's important event. "Good and bad," Barry quietly said. "What do you mean Barry?"inquired Naldo not understanding what he meant. "Well Marci and me broke up, but Shelby came to comfort me and we kissed." Barry stated relieved to get the weight off his shoulders. "You and Shelby kissed, what does this mean for the group? Also, have you talked to her about it?"Naldo asked wondering how his world was going to change soon. "I don't think the group will change, but I need to go talk to her. I'll go over to her house in a hour or two after I'm done with my research." Barry said wondering what he was going to say to Shelby.

At the same time in the Marcus house, Cyd and Shelby both woke up and Cyd did her usual complaining about waking up, but soon got over it. "Shelby, I woke up last night and you weren't in here. Where were you Shelby?" Cyd questioned as she pressed for more information from her friend. Shelby finally confessed, "I went downstairs to get a drink when I saw Barry in the backyard and he told me Marci broke up with him, so I comforted Barry for a little bit. Then when I was going to bed, Barry kissed me." "Oh my gosh this is so weird, so are you going to talk to him about the kiss?" Cyd asked Shelby excitedly. Shelby smiled and nodded. "I'll probably go over there to talk to him in a couple of hours." Shelby said equally excited as Cyd. "I can't wait!" Cyd yelled before running out of their room.
