chapter four ; fair

"Bill I swear to god.." You mumbled.

Honestly you had no idea what situation you've gotten yourself into, Bill said it was an apology for the incident that happened last night, when really seeing a demon hug and smile was all you needed.

Bill felt like a protector to you, and you hated the thought of him leaving, you've known him for a day and a half but you feel like you've known him forever, he's a great 'friend' and all, but you're not sure he feels the same way back.

"Ohoh! We've reached our destination, love." Bill said, taking whatever sort of spell he had on you so it was like your eyes were glued shut.

It was a fair, Bill had taken you to a fair.

"Oh geez, you don't look impressed! I can think of some-" You shushed him, "This is fine Bill, honestly." You smiled at him.

"Whew! You had me for a moment. Shall we enter, love?" He smirked looking down at you.

"Yes, we do look like idiots standing here" You laughed.

You never realized until you got behind Bill that he isn't just tall, but he is like, abnormally tall, we are talking like nearing 6'5. Yes, that is average for a guy, but Bill is (y/a) in human years.

"So precious, what first?" Bill asked, "And why aren't you bothered by my nicknames, love?"

"Well, what's next, Doll?" You said, grinning. Bill laughed, "You've left me no choice, you aren't choosing!"

Next thing you knew is that Bill had thrown you over his shoulder, and now we were headed towards the Ferris Wheel.

"Bill don't do this I hate heights, Bill!" You were pounding on his back but he was just snickering.

Bill finally spoke up, "Not this time, love."

You and Bill were now getting onto the ride, and you two were the only ones to get into your part of the ride, while other families got paired with people they didn't know, splendid.

"Bill I cannot believe you dragged me onto this." You pouted at him, Bill turned his head and said "You think this is bad? Wait until we get to the top, doll."

You were frightened of the idea of him having a smirk when we said "Wait until we get to the top." What was up there?

"What is up there." You looked over at Bill who was to your right.

He giggled like a little boy, "Heheh, just wait and see." You were actually scared now, what was his plan?

You let out a huff and slouched down in your seat, preparing for whatever Bill had in store for you at the top, which was only around 30 seconds away.

"Here we are!" Bill chimed and clapped his hands.

"I don't see a difference, did you stop the ride of something?" You looked outside to see that yes, the ride had stopped.

"Oh come on, you can do better than this." You smirked with your remark.

Bill sighed, "Do you really want me to?" He grinned, "Well you have no choice anyways, love."

And with a snap of his fingers the bottom of the ride disappeared, your eyes went wide.

"Bill no, you stop that right now!" You yelled, pulling your feet up onto the seat.

'Oh my god oh my god oh my god' You just kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

Bill looked at you and started outright laughing, "Aha! Doll, its just an illusion look!"
