chapter six ; embarrassment

Your (e/c) eyes openly slowly, taking in the sunlight peering through the window, you tried to sit up and get out of bed when you realized Bill still had himself tangled around your lower waist, causing you to jump in confusion.

"Jesus Christ!" Your voice echoing throughout the house, Bill waking up in the process.

Bill had a sly look to himself, "Hey (y/n), we certainly had some fun last night, eh?"

You blushed, "Please don't tell me we.."

"Oh, of course not! You only kissed me, that's all." Bill wiggled his eyebrows.

You huffed, "That didn't mean anything Bill."

"You sure seemed to enjoy it" Bill responded.

"Ay, thought I'd just return the favour for what you did to get me to open my eyes, Bill" You said, rolling out of his grip.

Bill pouted, "Aw! (y/n), come back!"

You laughed, "I need to get changed, so please. If I see you come in don't expect to see the sun another day."

You changed, and so did Bill.

Bill ended up wearing another pair of black jeans and a yellow t-shirt, while you ended up wearing an (f/c) sweater, with a pair of shorts and some flats.

"So Bill, can I meet this tree and star kid?"

"Correction (y/n), Pine tree and Shooting star." Bill said, in a matter of fact tone.

You rolled your eyes, "Whatever, I just wanna meet them."

Bill let out a low, groan. "Fine, lets go then."

And Bill grabbed your hand, and teleported you two in front of the "Mystery Shack", and two people around your age were running around throwing water balloons at each other.

"Let me guess, that is them?" You said, pointing over to the water balloon people.

Bill turned to face who you were pointing at, "Yup. Let's go."

You sighed, and walked over slowly to the two of them, they both noticed you and Bill and ran over.

The girl looked at you and then at Bill, and spoke up, "Hey Bill, let her go!"

"Yeah Bill, what are you going to do with her!" The boy said.

Bill raised his hands in defense, "Oh please Pine tree, she is my friend!"

"Right (y/n)?" Bill asked, turning to you. You smiled, "Yeah, I guess I could call you my friend, Bill"

The two what you were assuming twins, looked at you mouth agape and eyes wide, "You know what he is right!?" The girl yelled.

You laughed, "Well if you mean a perverted demon, then yeah."

"B-but, he could hurt you!" The girl continued, "But he hasn't!" You yelled, "This got off on a bad start, what are your guys names?" You asked, trying to get off the topic.

'Yeah, I know he is a demon? So what, leave me alone.'

The boy smiled, "Hi! I'm Dipper." He then pointed to his sister, "And this is my overly excited and hyper twin, Mabel."

You laughed, "Well, I'm (y/n). Now that we have a better start, you guys are probably wondering how I got to encounter Bill."

Dipper looked at you, "Well duh,he usually only goes to people who summon him!"

You laughed, "Well I just moved here a couple of days ago, and I found a.." Bill slapped a hand over your mouth.

Bill laughed awkwardly, "Well, she found something I needed, so I made a deal with her!"

The twins eyes widened, "(y/n), please don't tell me you accepted the deal!" They said in unison.

It was now your turn to awkwardly laugh, "Well.. I sort of did?"

"What was the deal, to take your body? Take a limb, kill you in a week?!" Dipper yelled, "You cant trust Bill, he is a demon!"

"Please Dipper, calm yourself. The deal was he got what he wanted, and I got to be his friend! End of story." You said, in attempt to calm him down.

'What is his problem anyway, it was just a dumb journal." You mentally sighed to yourself.

"O-oh. That doesn't sound that bad." Dipper said, obviously embarrassed.

You heard a low raspy voice call out, "Kids! The toilet is clogged and I can't find my backscratcher!"

Dipper and Mabel in an instant started running, "Well nice meeting you (y/n)!" Mabel called out.

You cringed, "That was something I wish I didn't hear.." Bill only laughed in response, "Can we leave now? I don't want to be around these..pests..anymore." He mumbled the last part.

"Then we can go home, I guess if you'd like?" You asked, "How about we explore the forest? I promise I wont make you cry again!" He snickered.

You groaned, and lightly punched Bill in the chest, "Sure."

~TIMESKIP~

You two had finally made it to the forest, somewhere. It was a dreary, dark side of the forest, lots of large willow trees and a somewhat swampy atmosphere around, it was nearing 6:00pm, so the sky had darkened somewhat.

"Ugh, Billllll... My feet hurt!" You whined, stopping in your tracks.

Bill let out a sigh, "Here." And next thing you knew he had you at least a foot of the ground and you floated.

"Whoa, cool." You said, taking in your surroundings.

Bill grinned, and with a snap you landed on your butt, "Ow! That was rude." You said, picking yourself up.

"Yeah, maybe it was." Bill said, with a slight smirk.
