Chapter 6 The tunnel ends

As the door to the last tunnel opened I turned to Zoe to see if she was ok. " WHAT THE HECK JUST hi!!!!" She yelled in shock, " THE WALL WAS LIKE A THING IN THE MOVIES AND THE WHOLE BOWLING THING WITH THE ROCK AND...... Now breathing to down, I am ok now". I just gave her a smile that said ok now follow me to get to a safe place and took off to the end. After a short walk we came up to another small door and this one was safe to go through. But when I checked it we needed a key this it 1 part of this journey I remember. I took a special charm off my bracelet split it in 2 and put to at the sides and the door was unlocked. I turn and tell Zoe" now you can go through the door". As we both went through it was pitch black I took the charm out of the door and closed it "wait stop before you" I said before "ouch!" She painfully said as I started to continue "hit your head on the wall." I stand up and turn on the lights to a small walk in closet filled with jackets and other out door clothing. Both of us get up " you ready for this" I told her right before I opened the door to the secret cabin. "Wow this is amazing your life is like a movie" Zoe said in amazement as I walked up stairs to my room and grabbed 2 sets of clean clothes for the two of us. As I walked back down I realized the mess we made with the mud. "ZOE!!!" I called out as she come running "sorry I was exploring..... Sorry is that ok" she said " it's fine just come here take these clothes. Oh and there's a bathroom over there you can take a shower" I replied "oh ok thanks" she said shyly on our way to take a shower. This cabin being our panic room, and secret hide out there are rooms for each of my family members and 5 guest bedrooms just in case. Plus the basement and the main floor huge living room, master kitchen and more. It's hard to believe such a big place can be this hiddin form the rest of the world like this. 15 minutes later me and Zoe Finished with our showers and where all clean. "So what can I call you if you won't tell me your name" asked Zoe " just call me A its fast, simple, and easy to remember" I told her as she replied "ok A, I have some questions. How in the world are we safe and hidden In A big place like this... I see multiple different ways to be tracked down here" she asked anxious for answers. "Zoe its getting late we need our rest let's go upstairs 2nd door on the left is your room for now. I will answer questions tomorrow, and also I am right across the hall if you need me 1 door on the right. Good night." I said walking up the stairs not giving her a chance to say another word for the night.
