Running

Running is the only thing I can do right now. Running is the only thing I can think of. Running is the only way out of this mess. Lucy falls to the floor, feeling soft grass beneath herself. She turns over, onto her back. She summons Plue and sits him on her stomach. "Plue... I can't deal with this. I've been holding it in for days, and now I know the truth. I can't tell Natsu though. I mean, what if when Zeref is destroyed, all of his creations die? I-I can't lose Natsu..." Tears started falling again and Plue wiped them away. "Puuuuuun"
"If he found out and knows I didn't tell him then he could be really mad and never talk to me..." She pauses for a second. "I know what I'm going to do"

Lucy was back at her apartment. She hurriedly packed her bags, just some simple things, her book, pyjamas, toothbrush, etc. She slammed the suitcase shut and summoned Virgo. "Open, Gate of the Maiden! Virgo!" Along with some sparkles, Virgo appears in front of Lucy.
"Punishme-"
"NO!" Lucy sighs. "I want you to take me to the Celestial Spirit World" Virgo stares at Lucy.
"B-but Princess, your guild..."
"They know" Lucy felt horrible lying straight to her face but she just wanted to be away from here. Virgo simply nodded and passed Lucy some Celestial Spirit World clothing which Lucy changed in to.
"I'm ready Virgo" Virgo nodded again and they disappeared. The last thing Lucy saw was the note she had left on her desk. It only had two words written on it but they were all she could say.
I'm Sorry...

Lucy looked around. It was nice to be back in the Celestial Spirit World. She looked below her feet at the shimmering floor, changing from pink to blue, to purple, to green and back again. The black sky was adorned with planets, and she was just a small fish in this sea of stars. Lucy felt such a strong connection to this place even though she had only been a few times before it was like her second home. A place where she would always be welcomed. The guild always welcomed you but you just left them. Lucy tried to shake her thoughts of guilt away when she saw a horde of Nikolas headed towards her. They knocked her to the marble floor and she giggled as they surrounded her from all sides making their familiar noise "PUUUUUUUUUNNNN!" When they eventually got bored of their visitor the started to drift away and Lucy grabbed Plue. "You, are staying with me mister!" Plue smiled and hugged her arm. "I think we should see Loke! Can you lead the way?" Plue jumped to his feet and led Lucy forward "I guess that's a yes then?" she asked while laughing.

As Plue pulled her through the maze of the Celestial Spirit World Lucy spotted what had to be Loke's house. It was completely gold with blue windows, the colour of his glasses with a green door, the colour of his guild mark and finally a little doormat, the colour of Lucy's guild mark stating: Property of Lucy Heartfilia. This made her laugh. She was after all his- "Princess!" Lucy looked up from the pink mat. "I thought the prince was meant to come to the princess?"
"Loke!" Lucy ran into Loke's arms. "Long time no see! The guild has missed your presence!"
"Heh... Sorry about that... but remember one day here is three months to you." Lucy smiled at him. "Yeah but we miss you! Anyway I kinda needed to leave the guild for a bit... so I decided, why not come to see you!"
"Well, I'm always happy to see you Lucy!"
"Oh, and I love how your house colours all represent something. But... what is up with that door mat?"
Loke sighed heavily. "Christmas present from Virgo..."
"Why am I not surprised?" The duo laughed together and entered Loke's house where they sat down on his sofa. "Well it's actually good that you are here because I have a present for you" Loke picked up a small box from his coffee table and passed it to Lucy. "Hope you like it"
Lucy carefully opened the box to see a small silver ring with three tiny heart shaped diamonds across the middle. She gasped at the beauty then tilted the box and saw it shine in the light. "Loke... this is beautiful... It's just..." Lucy leaned forward to hug Loke. Loke blushed slightly. "I can never repay you for saving my life all that time ago, and all you have done for me since so I spent a long time doing jobs for the other spirits to buy this."
"I love it!" As Lucy slipped the ring onto her finger her brown eyes slowly turned to a light purple colour and looked as though they were holding a galaxy of secrets, which they were... (Lucy's eyes look the picture at the top)
