"Hey, babe," said a deep voice. My eyes got wide, but I tried to stay calm.

"Um, hi." I said shortly, prying his hand from my shoulder.

"C'mon, babe," he mumbled, slapping his hand down on my thigh. I flinched.

"Hey Lane, who's your friend?" Called Ally. She was only a few yards away, but was screaming just to be heard. Some guy I'd never seen before was grinding up against her.

"So your names Lane, huh," slurred the guys who's hands were trying to get underneath my dress. "I'm Chad."

"Nice to meet you, Chad. Can you do me a favor and get your hands off me?" My voice was shaking. He grinned stupidly and played with the lace at the top of my panties. Why did I choose TONIGHT to wear these?! Suddenly, he jerked away. Stunned, I looked up to see someone had grabbed him by the scruff of his neck and pulled him off of me. He was about 5'9" and was wearing a hoodie that shadowed his face.

"Knock it off," he growled to 6'4" Chad. Chad's expression grew dark.

"EFF OFF," he yelled, grabbing the guys hoodie by the shoulders and lifting him a foot off the ground. I saw my chance and ran to Ally and grabbed her by the hand.

"We've got to get out of here," I shouted, my voice quavering.

"WAIT!" she screamed, "I DIDN'T GET TO SAY GOODBYE TO GREEN PUPPY!"

I dragged her out to the car and sat her down in the passengers seat. As soon as the key was in the ignition, my foot was on the gas. Ally fell asleep, mumbling something about someone named Joe and Steve. I realized that the guy in the hoodie just saved me from getting raped.
