"Thank you for telling me this." Rabbitstar meowed.
"I just thought you should know." Winterfrost said. She had just told Rabbitstar about Darksoul attacking that apprentice.
As Winterfrost left the den, Darksoul went in front of her.
"You told Rabbitstar!" He growled.
"What do you expect me to do? Give you a medal for attacking an apprentice?" Winterfrost retorted and quickly walked passed him.
Maybe Featherwisp would talk some sense into him. Winterfrost approached the medicine den and walked inside to find Featherwisp gone.
"Featherwisp?" Winterfrost called. No reply.
I'll track her down. Winterfrost thought, quickly catching her scent. The scent led her out of the camp and into the forest. The scent trail led to- the Sunclan border! What would Featherwisp do there? She then heard voices coming from the border. Fireclaw and Featherwisp are arguing! Winterfrost listened closely.
"I know you have been seeing Winterfrost!" Featherwisp hissed.
"I don't love you anymore, Featherwisp! Winterfrost would never do this!" Fireclaw growled.
"Winterfrost this! Winterfrost that! I don't care about Winterfrost! She can go die in a hole for all I care anymore!" Featherwisp yowled.
Winterfrost felt a pang of hurt. Her own sister didn't care about her anymore!
"Well, you can have Winterfrost! I thought you loved me, but you are just a cheater! And tell you something else, if I catch you and Winterfrost at the border at the same time alone, I will personally go to Dawnstar and tell her what you have been doing!" Featherwisp screeched.
"You can't stop me from seeing her!" Fireclaw yelled.
"Oh, I can! In more ways than one!" Featherwisp hissed and ran towards the forest- where Winterfrost was! She ran right into Winterfrost, but Winterfrost didn't feel that pain. She felt the pain of loosing her sister.
"Don't care about me?" Winterfrost said weakly, struggling from the overwhelming pain she felt in her heart.
Featherwisp realized that Winterfrost heard every word.
"Winterfrost..." Featherwisp started to whisper but Winterfrost didn't listen anymore. She ran from her sister through the forest and back to the camp. She ran through the entrance and right into the warriors den. She started crying silently in her nest, thinking about her sister's words.
Fine! Winterfrost thought.
I guess I just don't have a sister anymore! Winterfrost cried more after she thought that and eventually cried herself to sleep.
