Yin woke up.
Yin realized how close her and Vedran were, and she wasn't sure what to do.
''Are you two gonna end up like that every night?'' that was Cea talking from behind Yin, probably sitting on his bed.
''Shut up Cea, Vedran is still sleeping.'' Yin ordered.
''Oh I’m sorry, ‘wouldn't wanna wake your dear Princey.'' Yin could tell Cea was amused by the situation.
Yin just rolled her eyes.
''So, did you two-.''
''No!'' Yin cute Cea off.
''What's going on?'' Vedran had been awoken by Yin exclamation.
''N-nothing.'' Yin lied.
Cea chuckled.
''Okay...'' Vedran sounded unconvinced.
Yin sat up pulling out of Vedran’s arms, and turned around.
Vedran sat up as well.
''I'm guessing both of you slept really well last night.'' Cea said.
Yin rolled her eyes.
''Yes we did.'' Vedran said with a smiled, he obviously didn't understand what Cea actually meant.
Goodness he's innocent. Yin thought.
''What time is it?'' Vedran asked.
''It's almost lunch time.'' Cea informed.
''We were asleep almost the whole morning.'' Vedran said in what sounded like awe. ''I've never slept any later than a few hours after sun up.''.
''You have an odd life Vad.'' Cea said.
''I’ve been thinking the same about you and Yin.'' Vedran grinned.
''I'm gonna go take a shower.'' Yin said.
There were no bathrooms in the rooms, there is a girl’s bathroom and a guys bathroom with two showers in the back of each bathroom.
''Probably a good idea to take your sword with you.'' Cea stated.
''Already thought about that.'' Yin said, grabbing clothing and her sword.
''You sure you wanna go alone?'' Cea asked with a smirk.
''I’ll be fine.'' Yin said sounding annoyed.
Vedran had rolled his eyes but neither Yin nor Cea noticed.
Yin left the room.
''So. Are you and Yin together?'' Cea asked Vedran once he was sure Yin was gone.
''No.'' Vedran answered, not looking at Cea.
''Then what was that?'' Cea asked.
Vedran surprisingly knew what Cea meant.
''Um, well. It was um...'' Vedran stuttered but was unable to word what he wanted to say.
''Well Vad? Just say what you mean.'' Cea said.
''It doesn't matter what “that” was.'' Vedran looked down at his hands, they were sweaty from nervousness.
Cea just looked at Vedran with slight interest, then he laid down with his hands under his head.
Vedran got out of bed and stretched.
Cea glanced at the Prince.
''Cea.'' Vedran said.
''Yeah?'' Cea asked.
''What does jealousy feel like?'' Vedran questioned.
Cea looked at Vedran questioningly.
''Why do you ask?'' Cea asked.
''I uh, just wanna know.'' Vedran answered. It wasn't an exact lie.
''Well a dictionary defines Jealousy as a state of being jealous. Other words for jealousy: Envy, Bitterness, Spite, mistrust or distrust, Anxiety, Suspicion, Resentment, and Insecurity. Jealous is defined as a strong feeling of mistrust in someone who is with someone you care for, or a strong envy of someone’s achievements, or a strong feeling or fierce want or need to protect someone or something you care about from someone or something.'' Cea answered.
Vedran nodded.
Cea raised an eyebrow.
''Are you sure there's no reason you wanted to know?'' Cea questioned.
''N-no. There's no reason.'' Vedran lied.
''Hmm.'' that was the only outward reply Cea gave..
I'll find out how true that is. Cea thought, grinning mischievously in his head.
