Chapter 2

TORII'S POV

I didn't want to go out anywhere, I wanted to stay at home and do nothing but after about four hours of me deciding on calling ash -yes I'm that lazy- and cancelling or just going I decided that I would go but only this one time.

I got up off the couch and went downstairs and looked through my closet for some clothes. I took out a pair of black skinny jeans, a Green Day hoodie, and my black high top converse. Something was missing but I'd remember later, a hot shower would calm me down so I knew for sure I'd remember. I quickly hopped in the shower and turned on the hot water.

I washed my hair and washed up then got out of the shower after about half an hour. Getting out of the shower I wrapped myself in a towel and hurriedly made my way back to my room to get dressed. After getting dressed I still felt like something was missing. "Hmm...jeans, shirt, shoes...Oh yeah!" I needed a beanie I always wore a beanie whenever I went out with Ashley.

I searched through my closet and found a grey beanie then went upstairs and sat on the couch. It was getting dark and I hoped no one would come home, my mom wouldn't let me go anywhere because i'm sure she'd be either tired or wasted. Someone barged through the door and I heard a loud groan causing me to gasp.

I knew it was my mother so I sighed and got up. "Victoria get your lazy fat ass over here a-and help me!" hearing my once again drunk mother call me those disgusting words caused me to cringe so I went back downstairs and locked my door after slamming it shut. "Fuck my life..." I sat down on my bed and sighed. I was tired of my mother getting drunk and yelling at me for no particular reason so I called Ashley and told him to meet me at the park.

Even though I barely had any sunlight that came into my room, I did have a small window that I could easily get in and out from so I pushed as hard as I could and the window finally opened. I climbed out and quickly started walking to the park. A car pulled up next to me and honked "well aren't you a beauty, wanna hop in and head back to my place?" his voice was deep and quite loud so I quickened my pace and called Ashley "ash please tell me you're hear some guy is-" I feel a tap on my shoulder and I shook with fear.

I started to run as fast as I could then heard a familiar voice calling my name so I turned and looked back to see Ashley. He walked towards me and gave me a weird look "uhm you alright?" I decided to brush away the worried feeling I had "yeah...yeah I'm fine, where's your car it's almost nine." He hesitated and shrugged "didn't bring it, I knew I'd get way too drunk"
