∗Chapter 2∗

I finally reached the cafe, looking for the tiniest indicator that proves Tiffany is around. I heard shrieking behind me and when I attempted to turn around to identify the source of the noise I was unable to do so because something, or to be precise, someone, smashed into me with open arms.

"CHRISTINE!! It's been so long! I've missed you so much! Looking adorable as usual." My friend Tiff said as she pinches my cheeks till they're a shade of pink.

"Tiffany! Wow, you've changed so much!" I noted her blond hair which was previously a beautiful brown much like mine, and her mascara curled eyelashes. She's the one that actually taught me all about the makeup world, I wasn't much of a makeup fan, but that changed because of Tiffany and now I can't seem to be able to go into a shop without buying tons of lipsticks and mascaras.

"So how's everything my dear?" she said while leading me to a table, interrupting my train of thought.

"Oh you know, the usual, eat, sleep and all that." I sat down in my seat and there was a blueberry muffin in front me with a vanilla cream drink right next to it. Ah, she knows me too well.

"So you completely forgot to mention that you've reached a million subscriber on youtube? Oh how I feel special that you remembered!" She said sarcastically with a tint of annoyance in her voice.

"I haven't really payed much attention to that. I do this for the music, not for the money, you know that!" I said with a smile played across my lips.

"Fine fine, I get it. Then what do you plan on doing to celebrate? And by that I mean you have no other choice but to come with me to party all night."

"That's a great idea! Ahaha. I'm actually thinking of something that my viewers would enjoy. I was thinking about doing collaborations with various youtubers." I looked up to see Tiffany giving me a smug look with a weird grin on her face that I know as the "I'm Up To Something" look.

"What?" I said, clearly terrified.

"Hm, just thinking about how I'd manage to help you bed each and every single one of those youtubers. Since, you know, they're probably all hot as fuck. Heck, I might have a little fun myself with this little plan of yours." The moment she finished, a deep pink blush crept to my face, and I was unable to hide my embarrassment.

"You have got to be kidding me!" I giggled "I'm not that kind of girl! Geez Tiff!" That's it, I couldn't hold in my laughter, and all the people around kept giving me looks like I was some crazy person.

After spending the day with Tiffany, we headed back to my house and sat in my room.

"So, how would you describe your "youtube superstar" life right now?" She asked while doing the between quotations fingers movement.

"It's fun to be honest, I love the feeling I get when people give me wonderful feedback. But of course, like every wonderland, there are some downsides..Some messages can be mean, but I try to ignore them in the best way I can, because there isn't much use of replying back with hurtful words or whatever. But to sum it up, it changed my life in a good way." I explained.

"Well, I'm glad to hear that, Christine. Now, on to the next question!" She added excitedly "Love life?"

"None whatsoever." I confessed. I haven't had a relationship in a long while, not because I don't want to, it's just, I haven't found someone that likes me for me, not for my so called fame.

"Seriously?! I've been gone for years and you haven't had sex since the last time we met?! You have go to be shitting me Chris!" She lectured me with her eyes glued on me, slowly strangling me emotionally.

"You know I can't randomly sleep with anyone, Tiff, that's not how I am." I mumbled under my breath.

"I understand, but-" she began, but was interrupted by a whistling sound from my phone.

"Hold on, I'll just check the message I got." I got up to check my phone, realizing the message was on Twitter. I opened it and checked the name of my sender, "Jack Harries" was written. Why does that name sound so familiar?

"OH MY GOD." Tiffany squealed nearly deafening me "HE'S SO HOT! What does the message say? Hurry! Open it!"

After regaining my hearing from that surprisingly high pitched scream, I finally clicked on the message.

Hey Christine, this is Jack Harries speaking. I came across your videos, and I really enjoyed them. I'd love to collaborate with you someday! Just send me a message and we'll schedulele a meeting together. Can't wait!

-J.H.

Jack Harries...Oh! He's also a youtuber! Now I remember him, his videos aren't exactly musical, but are still quite entertaining in my opinion.

"Christine...You'd better say yes, or I'll choke you." Tiffany said.

"Oh wow, Tiff. I can feel the love radiating from you, thank you." I replied sarcastically. "I guess I'll accept his offer, sounds fun."

Hello, Jack. I like idea, and I'm free this Wednesday if you'd like, it'd be a pleasure to work with you! I'll send you my info so we can be able to contact each other. See you soon!

I sent him my message along with my phone number and e-mail.

"Well?" Tiffany said while attempting to look at my screen.

"I said yes."
