∗Chapter 3∗
Today is the day Jack and I meet. I'm so glad, he'd be the first person I collaborate with if it works out fine, I already have some ideas in mind.
My hair is a bit curled which gave it a nice wavy feel and more volume. I applied some black eyeliner and made sure to make the top a bit thicker than the bottom, and continued with applying my mascara after curling my lashes. My simple look was complete with a little bit of concealer, blush and of course, lip-gloss.
I decided to wear dark indigo denim shorts, and a creamy color ruffled top with a feathery necklace that goes all the way down below my chest and some small crystal earrings and some bracelets. As for the shoes, I wore my black hi-top sneakers that are decorated with rhinestones.
"I guess I'm all set." I sighed, holding my door room's handle, preparing myself mentally.
"Christine!" I hear a small pitchy sound call out for me. "Why are you all dressed? Are you going anywhere?" My little sister, Lily, questioned me while slowly making her way towards me.
"Oh, I'm headed to meet a friend of mine. Is there anything you need?"
"No, I'm good. Enjoy your date, sis!" She announced while running down the stairs farther away from me.
"Wh-what?! It's NOT a date!"
No response.
Children.

After a while, I reached my fated destination, Leicester Square. The shops surrounding me tempt me to a level I'd just love to storm inside each single one and buy them clean. I shook, trying to clear my head and to keep myself focused on the reason I came here in the first place.
Where did he say we'd meet again? Oh right, the restaurant.
I made my way to the restaurant we agreed on, I scanned the tables but it seems like he isn't here yet, so I chose to sit while waiting for him. I noted that the place was busy and packed with all kinds of people.
As I fiddled with my phone, the group of teenage girls sitting to my right, which were squealing and talking loudly for what felt like hours, finally silenced down. I glanced at them and saw their shocked faces, like someone slammed them with a pan or something. I directed my head at what they were drooling over to discover what caught their attention.
And I froze.
He had strong, relaxed shoulders. His hair was brown and coiffed with a special style on the right side. But the face, oh the face, was slightly round yet soft and kind, with a cute little wide nose. I couldn't quite see his eyes because he was wearing sun-glasses.
The mystery hottie was talking to one of the waiters, apparently explaining something, or someone according to his hand gestures. The waiter nodded and pointed at my direction.
WAIT. My direction? WHAT.
Before I knew it, he was making his way towards me, his stride happy and energetic. At that moment, I felt like the world actually blacked out and I couldn't hear a thing.
"Christine?" I brought my attention to the source of the sound that brought me back to reality.
Oh fuck.
My eyes met with another, they were beautiful, breathtaking and a perfect shade of green. He should have kept those glasses on, because I couldn't avert my eyes, not for a second.
He chuckled. Which made the blood flood to my face, making it red.
"Is everything alright?" he asked.
"O-oh yeah. Jack? Jack Harries? I barely recognized you with those glasses, you seemed different. Sorry for being rude." I said while standing up, extending my hand to shake his.
"Aha, no need to apologize. I must admit, you're prettier in person." he took my hand, bringing it to his lips, and gave me a flirty wink.
I was ready to die.
"So," he said while taking the seat facing me. "Lunch is on me, so order whatever you'd like."
After studying the food menu, debating if I should be polite and order a salad, or devour the whole menu like the monster I really am. I decided to go with the former, just to be sure I don't scare those tight, skinny pants off of him.
I tensed up, realizing someone was watching me. Turns out those girls that were next to me where giving me glares. You'd say they are professionals at it from how scary their auras are. But then, those auras shifted into a more girly and bubbly feel. They were staring at the door. Again. Oh not this again.
My curiosity got the best of me, and I just had to look. This time I didn't just freeze, I would say I went through the whole water cycle.
There was another Jack in-front of me. Another Jack. What the bloody hell.
This "Jack Harries Lookalike" was obviously, much like Jack look-wise. However, he had a slimmer face, which made him look more mature than Jack. His hair was flipped to the left, and somewhat of lighter in some way. He seems more serious, and dare I say, sexier.
He navigated towards our table, without hesitation. The closer he got, the more I melted. He paused, looking at us. Jack and I were sitting at a table for two, so he didn't exactly have a place to sit. He dragged a nearby chair and sat at the side.
"Hi, I'm Finn, Jack's brother." He smiled, revealing his pearly whites.
That smile. Ohhh that smile.
It was more of a crooked smile, but still had melting powers. I took another peek at the perfection, and his mouth grew wider. Oh yes, it does have melting powers.
"Salutations!" I stammered as I acted out the military hand gesture.
Really, Christine? Really? I panicked.
"I don't know about you, Jack, but I like her already." Finn smirked.
What, was it "Who Can Make Christine Die First" day or something? Oh dear god.
