The fashion show was the hit of the night. Many celebs were seen on the red carpet ranging from

ballplayers such as Dwayne Wade to movie stars such as Eva Mendes. You would've never thought

it was a Monday night based off all of the cars. Lisa looked stunning in her black, off the shoulder,

mid length dress by Kaufman Franco. She wore black, heel studded Loubotini's holding a black

clutch to match. Her hair was pineed on one side with long spiral curls hanging on the other.

She wore a diamond studded bracelet, necklace and earrings, all pieces of Nelson Jewelers.

After the fashion show and after party, Lisa and Monica caught up on all the details. She told Monica

all about her weekend rendezvous with Mike. She described how he made her feel special,

regardless of the women who flocked after him. She also told Monica that she wanted to take

things slow with him because she was not ready for another relationship. Lisa couldn't wait to dish

dish out the info about Derrick. Monica thought the whole incident was absurd. She always put logic

over fantasy and because of that, she told Lisa to forget about him. How is it possible that

this man could find Lisa after their initial meeting considering they didn't exchange contact

information? Miami is extremely big and it's not like he recognized her from television. The way Lisa

described him sounds like he's a drug dealer. Lisa on the other hand, was a little optimistic. This

man came out of no where with one hell of an introduction and no matter what she couldn't forget

him even if she tried, because he caused her womanhood to react. Curiosity will kill the cat.......

The weekend had finally come! It's Saturday and time to white out the city. Throughout the week

all Lisa could think about was Mr. Beyond Fine, Derrick Mitchell. She had never thought about

a man this much and it didn't make it any better that she had no way of contacting him. Off of 3

minutes of conversation Lisa was intrigued. She decided she needed to get her mind off of him

and focus on this party She needed to get up with Monica so they could finalize everything for

the night. 'Maybe Monica was right,' Lisa thought. 'Maybe I need to forget about Derrick and focus on

reality.' She decided to call Mike and invite him to the party. Mike was ecstatic to hear from her and

questioned her about not retuning his calls after the weekend they had. The only excuse she could

muster up was that she was busy trying to land new clients. He took her word and proceeded to get

the details about the party. She told him that it was going to be held at Encore. The attire was all

white and he needed to pick her up at 9pm sharp. Clearly, she told him that he was her date.

He agreed with no protest. She felt her fire rise considering Derrick put it out. She needed that

feeling of being her usual self, being in control. She got in contact with Monica and they met up

for brunch.

Monica decided to take Shamar as her date. He was a previous client of hers, but Monica was

very strict about mixing work with pleasure. After chasing her for 4 months to no prevail, he

decided to switch financial institutions in order to successfully pursue her. It still took him

another couple of months because she is one hard to get woman. As of now she likes him,

but that is as far as it goes. Monica takes her time getting in bed with men. She doesn't

casually date because she has no time. When she shows interest in someone, she looks

at them in the future aspect, which there aren't many that make it to her list. The two are like night

and day, but compliment each other in a way they need a good friend to be for  them.

After brunch, the women parted ways and prepared themselves for the night.

Sneak peek:

Damn. After all this time who would've thought this would be the woman I would have to play a role

for. I just thought the agency was going to set me up with an average chick whose father has been

M.I.A since the 90's. Damn. That's the only word that I could use for the situation. A couple of

months ago the boss came up to me and told me he had a case he needed me to work. He said

I would be the best man for the job. There's no turning back now........
