Chapter 4
I look up at the ceiling drowsily. What happened last night? I remember that the hug became sex, but everything after was a dizzy blur of events. My eyes focus and I see the weird girl taped to the ceiling, unconsious. I gasp and fall off the couch, searching through the shoes, finding my hover boots. I click them twice and levitate right below the ceiling, so I don't bump my head. I unravel the tape binding the weird girl and catch her. I land on my feet and the girl wakes up, blinking her giant alien-like eyes at me. I look back at her and we stare at each other for about thirty seconds. Then she spits in my eyes and I howl, scraping off the muck off my face. She falls out of my grasp and hits the floor with a THUMP. I back up into the wall, groaning. Izzy and the others continue to sleep. Arrgh...

I go to the library again to get the others. I bring Izzy along, and I let her head rest against m shoulder as we walk through the empty town. I have to let Izzy coax them out because the jocks and cheerleaders refuse to let me in. I lean against the feet of the stone lion, my arms crossed, my senses alert. I watch the sun slowly move across the sky, and soon, Izzy comes out, the people in her wake.
"C'mon, Alxander," she says dully, leading the way. As soon as we drop off the humans, Izzy and I find a place to relax. We climb the stairs that spiral to the top of the building and grab a couple blankets and pillows. We make ourselves comfortable and Izzy removes her shirt so I can take a peek at what hides underneath. I blush madly, feeling naughty. We hold each other as we watch stars race against the sky. Once and a while, Izzy will point at the sky and tell me which constellation it is. When she falls asleep, I rub her stomach as if she were a cat and we sleep.
