Pair of tickets.//La Banda

Chapter 3

"Sunday" I screamed when I woke up I looked at my clock to check what time it was 11:00am. 9 hours till la Banda I say in my head. I got my phone to check if anything has happened I went to Instagram and went to la bandas page, they put a post saying that Miami tickets were sold out, I really didn't know if I  should cry or smile because I have to wait until 12am to know if I'm going or not, my family and I have a tradition that we open our presents at 12am, I got up from my bed, went to my closet, got my clothes, went to the restroom, took a shower, brushed my teeth, put makeup on, and did my hair. I went down stairs to have breakfast with my family. When I went downstairs it was 11:55am
"Pancakes!" I shout
"Olivia stop being so loud, yes we made pancakes." My mom said annoyed. I always forget my parents hate it when I scream but it's part of my nature, so they're just going to live with it.
"Sorry mom, are they almost finished." I asked her
"Yes, don't just be standing there do something." My mom said even more annoyed
"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." I said under my breath
"I heard that Olivia!" My mom screamed at me mad
"Sorry, I love you mom." I said trying to get her not be in a bad mood anymore
"I love you too sweet heart." My mom replied
What came after our conversation I have never imagined being talked about ever again.
"Olivia I have to tell you something and that might answer your someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed thing." My mother said worried
"Yes mom what is it" I replied, wondering what it could be in my head.
"I know this might be hard on you...but um...I'm....pregnant." My mother said excited
My mouth dropped, i didn't know what to say I already have one sister I don't need another baby running around this house, yeah I will love them but still, do they know how to use a condom, wait where is my dad?
"Mom where is dad, why isn't he here telling me about this too?" I said confused
"He got called into the company the machine that replaces him wasn't working so they needed someone to work for them until they got the machine to work again, and I couldn't wait any longer." My mom said
"Oh wow, wait...its Christmas Eve, why is he working?" I asked
"We need the money, they said the would pay him double if he went to the company." My mom said
"Oh, does he know that you told me?" I asked mom
"No, but I think he will be fine either way." My mom said sounding annoyed
"Do you think he is happy about the news?" I asked
"Yes Olivia I think he is happy about the news, why are you asking so much questions?" My mom asked even more annoyed then the first time.
"I dont know, sorry, I guess I'm just really confused right now, but thanks for telling me." I said
"It's okay, I love you, okay? My mom asked
"Okay, I love you too." I said
The conversation took like an hour, I was starving, the news made me even more starving. "Mom, are the pancakes ready?" I asked
"Oh my god, yes!" My mom screamed surprise
Eating and talking was another hour and a half.
"Mom, how does grandma feel about this news?" I asked
"I haven't told her about it, she isn't going to be home this Christmas, I forgot to tell you that Olivia." My mom said
"Oh grandma isn't spending Christmas with us, that's cool grandma." I said sarcastically
"Olivia calm down." My mom said
"I'm calm mom, you calm down." I told her trying to be funny.
"God Olivia, go to your room or something." My mom said also trying to be funny
"Okay fine mom I feel the love." I tell her sarcastically. I gave her a kiss on the forehead and went running to my room. I usually do that all the time I go up stairs and I don't know why. I went on social media for a while, I checked my clock and it was 3pm. After going on social media for a hour, I went to go get my Mac and watch Netflix.
"Olivia, come down stairs for awhile please!" My mom screamed
"Okay I'm going." I said. Why would she need me it's already 5pm, omg how many hours did I watch Netflix!? I said in my head. I went running downstairs. "Yes mom?" I asked her
"Your dad called me, he told me that his boss invited us to his Christmas Eve dinner, and he said to get ready because we're going." My mother told me
"Mom you know how much I hate going to people's houses, especially people's houses that work with my father or mother." I told her annoyed
"I know but your dad wants to go, it's Christmas Eve come on be happy, at least for your dad." My mom told me
"Okay fine I will go get ready, what time do you want me down stairs?" I asked her even more annoyed  
"6:25ish." My mom said hesitating
"Okay." I said on my way to the stairs.
"They already had this planned." I say in my head, I say that because they bought me a dress a couple weeks ago for any Christmas dinners and from what I knew we weren't really invited to anything. I won't lie the dress was beautiful, it was blackish with some red, the red had some sparkles in it, the whole dress was red but in bottom edges it had black. We got to my dads boss place, it was pretty boring, a few minutes later they told us that the food was ready and if we were ready to eat. We talked about school and what I wanted to do for my future. We left around 7pm and got home at 7:30pm. It took a lot of fussing to leave at that time. "La Banda starts in 30 minutes!" I screamed in my head supper happy.
"Olivia are you ready for la Banda!" My mom screamed at me from the bottom of the stairs.
"Yes I am, I can't believe it's the last show today!" I screamed back at her
"Alright are you ready only 20 minutes yes I am!" I scream back at my mom
"It's on!" We all scream because we were that excited.
The show started amazing and then came the part were we all got nervous. Alejandra Espinoza started saying the names of the people that are going to start on the second Banda, then came my favorite part, Alejandra Espinoza said the most part i was waiting for. "And here we have the part we have all been waiting for CNCO!" She screams the last part.

Christopher, Zabdial, Jaime, Erick, and Yoandri came on the stage and they singed 2 of the song off there album. By the time the show was over it was 11. I got so excited when my mother told me that we could open a present right now. We had a lot of family members coming over so we had a lot of presents to open. My parents gave me the one that I have been waiting for I opened it and I was in tears when I opened it.

I'm so sorry this chapter took so long to upload I have school and I kinda needed some time to think of ideas for the fan fiction. I'm kinda upset about what happened on Sunday. I know that they are going to have a great future tho. Okay that is all Thank you so much for reading. :)
