I woke up on a cold, hard cement floor. The smell of dirt and dried blood was prominent in the air. I Squinted my eyes a little and could still hardly see. It was dark and the only thing I could here was the occasional drip or a groan from the corner.

suddenly, I heard a loud boom and saw a metal door in front of me smash against the wall. The man that appeared looked vaguely familiar. He had a scar running along his eye and I knew who it was. It was the man in the woods that kidnapped me.

A low growl emitted from my mouth causing the man to turn my way with a crooked grin. "Looky here, the puppy's up."

"Where am I," I snarled. The man looked taken aback by my snarl but he quickly recovered.

"you better watch your mouth pup. We don't want to have to take you out back.....Yet," the man told me in a harsh tone. Before I could respond, another man came in but he didn't look familiar.

"Brody," he called. "Hurry up and get one of the pups." So that's the weird scar guys name, Brody. What a stupid name. I felt myself snicker a little at my comment and Brody turned to look at me.

"Why are you laughing, Pup," he snarled and walked over towards my 'cell'.

"Correction.....its snickering and your names stupid," I smirked at him. He let out an angry huff and opened my cell door. I was about to make a run for it, but he pulled something out of his pocket that I soon learned was a gun. He aimed it at my left leg and then fired away, sending two bullets strait in my leg.

I screamed and went to pull the bullets out but he quickly pulled my hands back and strapped them to a wall. I felt myself wanting to cry, but I wouldn't allow it. I wouldn't give these hunters the satisfaction of seeing me cry.

Brody left my cell with a satisfactory smile on his face and continued walking to the cell in the corner. I heard a pained cry as he forcefully grabbed a girl maybe a year older from the cell. she kicked screamed and clawed but she looked to weak and frail. She stood no chance as Brody led her out of the room slamming the door in the process.

I whimpered as I felt the bullets still in my leg, but I couldn't move my hands to get them out. Faintly, I heard he sound of sobbing from the cell next to me. I tried my best to look over but I couldn't.

"If you try moving to the left fast enough, then straps will break," I heard the girl mumble. I gave her my thanks before dong what she said. Sure enough, the straps managed to break. I sat up strait and began digging through my wounds to try and find the bullets. Once I did, I was thankful that they weren't silver. Otherwise I would have had another injury, but on my hand.

"My names Ashley, Ashley Fringe," I told the girl politely with a smile once I had removed all the bullets.

"Rebecca," She mumbled back.

"So....Um....do you by any chance know what's going on?"

Rebecca sighed and then looked over in my direction. I wanted to gasp when I saw her. She looked horrible. There were dried and crackled blood all over her skin. Her cloths were tattered and ripped and worst of all, there were bruises all over her face. I wanted to gasp but I knew it would just make her feel worse.

"I don't know where we're at, but I do know that were in an abandoned building. The hunters have been kidnapping wolves left and right and bringing them here. Did you see that girl who got dragged away a minute ago?"

I nodded, how could I forget something like that. she looked so defenseless and broken. It was something I definitely never wanted to see again.

"They were taking her around the back to kill her. They found out that her mate was the Alpha of the Blood claw pack. So they think that if they were to kill her then it would leave the Alpha defenseless. Its the only reason there kidnapping people like us. So that they can find an weakness in the pack they took you from," She told me with venom dripping from each of her words.
