Chapter 2

Amanda was watching a movie while eating popcorn and drinking soda but got startled when she heard something outside. As soon as she heard the noise she hid behind the couch. 

Mile: *walks in the room and sees Amanda* what's wrong?

Amanda: I-I heard s-something outside...b-by the bushes

Milo: let me go check *walks outside and starts looking through the bushes*

Her aunt: what's wrong Amanda?

Amanda: I h-heard something in the b-bushes

Her aunt: *hugs Amanda* it'll be alright, I'm here don't worry

Violet: *in one of the bushes and hugging her knees and is covered in blood and trembling in fear*

Milo: *looks in the last bush and sees Violet and is shocked*

Violet: *looks at him and backs away*g-get away from m-me! I don't want to hurt you 

Milo: ...why are you covered in blood?...

Violet: *looks down and starts crying*

Milo: *sweat drop* (damn it, nice job Milo you made a girl cry) um...it's okay, just tell me what happened

Violet: *sniffs* I...I escape from a guy who tried to turn me into a monster

Milo: wow, really? why?

Violet: I don't know, all I know is that one night when I was walking in the city, I got knocked out and when I woke up this guy said that he called my parents and told them I was dead and for 7 months I've been his test subject ever since, so.....now I escaped and now I don't have a home to go to...*looks down*

Milo: (I feel sorry for this girl) remember when I said that you can stay for one night?

Violet: yeah?

Milo: do you still want to stay? but your gonna have to find a home for yourself in the morning 

Violet: thank you sir

Milo: I'm Milo, what's your name?

Violet: Violet

Milo: did your parents named you that because of your hair?

Violet: My hair and eyes weren't like this at first, I had dark brown hair and eyes, but that all changed...

Milo: ...come on, you can borrow some clothes from somebody I know and take a shower *holds his hand out* 

Violet: *looks at him* you're not scared of me?

Milo: nope, you look innocent 

[Bitch you thought!] 

Violet: *smiles and takes his hand* 

Amanda: *hugging her aunt* 

Her aunt: *touching Amanda's hair* don't worry Amanda, I'm right here 

Amanda: *nods and calms down a little* 

Her aunt: there you go *smiles* 

Amanda: *smiles a little* 

Milo: *comes back in the house with Violet* she's just staying one night 

Her aunt: Milo! Why are you just letting some strange girl stay one night when we have Amanda to take care of! 

Amanda: Katherine, it's fine, I-I'm okay 

Katherine: you sure? 

Amanda: *nods a little*
