Chapter 2

June 13th,

James had left about an hour ago, around 10. Everyone was home and Bekkah came down and hung out with us for while. I don't mind her being around me now as much as I used too. When she was younger she was a annoying little kid but she's 14 now and I'm fine with her being around, sometimes. Just not all the time.

I'm now laying in bed scrolling through social media on my phone. I'm kinda bored but not ready to go to sleep just yet. Why not text Luke back? I don't know where he lives so he might be asleep, it's worth to try.

Me: hey luuuuke

I didn't expect him to text back right away but he did.

Luke: hey asherrrr

Me: what's up?

Luke: sat on the couch, I was pretty bored until you texted. You?

Me: laying in bed texting some guy I don't even know

Luke: he sounds cool ;-)

Me: I'm not sure, I barely know him

Luke: you know his name don't you?

Me: yep, but that's pretty much it

Luke: well what would you like to know about him?

Me: I don't know... Tell me something about him

Luke: well... He's really good looking and loves music he can also play the guitar and sing. He's 18, has a couple of friends, loves black skinny jeans and the Internet. He's a pretty cool guy

Me: oh really? Seems like me and him has a lot in common. Where's he from?

Luke: he's from Sydney Australia but he's in Boston right now.

Me: why are you in Boston?

Luke: *why is he in Boston

Me: enough of that. Talk to me

Luke: I'm in Boston visiting family. Where are you from?

Me: Toronto.

Luke: no way!?

Me: yes way... Why?

Luke: when I leave here I'm going there for a 5sos concert

Me: AFKSJSHSG WHAT?

Luke: I'm going there for a 5sos concert.

Me: ON JUNE 23?

Luke: yes...

Me: IM GONNA BE THERE

Luke: are you serious!?!

Me: OF COURSE I AM

Luke: THIS IS GREAT

Me: I can't believe you like 5sos omf

Luke: .. Is that what you were getting excited about?

Me: umm yeah.. But if this doesn't sound weird I kinda wanted to meet you. Please don't hate me.

Luke: I wouldn't hate you! That's what I was getting excited about.

Me: ok thank god. I mean we just met a few hours ago and we're already friends

Luke: we are. I've told you about me so you should tell me about you now

Me: there isn't much too know really

Luke: there is obviously something

Me: well... I'm 17, I live in Canada, I have an obsession with bands and the Internet. And food is life.

Luke: what else?

Me: like what?

Luke: your hobbies.. Idk just stuff about you

Me: um I really photography and taking Pictures (that explains my obsession with tumblr) I like music but I'm not too go at it, I can sing I guess and play a little guitar. I'm gonna be taking a music class in college this year. I also really love sports.. A lot. I played volleyball since grade 7 and this was my last year. My final high school tournament was last month. Let's just say it was very emotional for me.

Luke: see, that kind of stuff. Are you gonna play volleyball in college?

Me: I'm not sure, it depends on how busy I am. I don't even know if I'm into the school or not yet.

Luke: oh so when do you find out?

Me: Monday I think

Luke: what are you gonna do if you don't get in?

Me: I have no idea... I guess try to get into another school I guess

Luke: you don't seem to be very excited lol

Me: oh honey I'm not don't you worry. The future is something so scary to me

Luke: what do you wanna do?

Me: mainly photography, I'm also gonna be talking some writing a music classes. I'll see where this takes me. How about you?

Luke: I like music, I'm trying to get that to take me somewhere

Me: when you become famous never forget about me ;-)

Luke: how could I ever?

Me: it's easy enough.

Luke: don't say that.

Me: but it's true

Luke: no it's not, I haven't even known you for a day and I already know that you are one great girl. Asher I'm so glad I've came across you, and I know I want to keep talking to you. It's just something idk what it is but you make me happy.

Me: awh that's cute. You make me happy too Luke :-) as long as you stick around I'll be here, I'm not gonna leave.

Luke: so I guess your stuck with me :-))))))

Me: I'll deal with you

Luke: good. Cause I'm not leaving.

Me: changing the topic. How are we supposed to meet if we don't know what each other looks like?

Luke: good question. Um we can meet outside the venue after the concert is over?

Me: I guess so, but we still don't know what each other looks like.

Luke: true, we will come up with something.

Me: okay, I'm gonna sleep now <3 goodnight

Luke: sleep well, love <3 goodnight

I smiled at the text, I don't know what it was about this boy but I got attached quick. It was the quickest friendship I have ever made. It's crazy how we just met over one little mistake, it could of been anyone but it just happened to be me. Out of the 7 billion people in the world he mistaken my number. It's mind blowing to me, and I'm so so so thankful. I'm thankful that it was me and him.

Short chapter but I haven't updated in a while so I thought I'd just cut it off there. I hope you guys like this story, so far I'm enjoying writing it.
