Just Reading The Phone

Yet again another cold December night. The school I practice at was packed due to a concert for the local school district's choir. Once I arrive at the pool deck my team mates and I get ready to start our warm up. After warm up, Coach Todd tells us to choose a partner and to go get a ball to start our passing drill. I choose to pass with my team mate, Sydney. While we pass, Coach tends to go behind us on the pool deck and help point out our mistakes. At one point he takes his iPhone out and started checking it. (*note* i have a small story I'll add at the bottom from another time with Coach's phone VS. Pool) Since he is standing behind us, he tends to get splashed by water cause of our poor passing sometimes. While make some poor passes he accidentally gets wet. Instead of yelling, he just stands there with his eyes glued to the phone screen. He never looks up to check for at least 5 mins and had gotten splashed about 8 times.

*Tiny story* Once at practice Coach dropped his phone in the pool and it goes all the way to the bottom of the 12' 6" section. One of the older boys had to swim down to get it. Luckily, he had a water proof case just in case he drops it in the pool.
