Chase

It's been around a month since the lost of Gray our baby. We've basically stayed home this entire time and I cancelled all of my January shows. Today, today will be a new challenge. I have an interview today and Ava and I both agreed it was time for me to get back to performing. Ava will be tagging along for awhile. I definitely am going to need her today. It seems as if I was just announcing my wife was pregnant.

"It will be ok." Ava says and kisses me before I walk out to the interview. She stays behind watching from a little monitor.

"Well today we have Chase Rice with us." The lady, Erika says. "So I think the biggest question is why did you take off so many shows?"

"Well first of all thanks for having me. My wife and I need some time together and.." I'm cut off.

"Speaking of your wife how is she? How's the pregnancy going?"

"Umm. Well you see that's why I took off. We lost our baby. Baby Gray. " It's still a sensitive topic. My eyes water up a little. "This has made us closer and stronger as a couple."

"I'm so sorry. " Erika says.

After the interview I run straight into Ava's arms. "I love you so much baby." She whispers. I take her hand walking out to the bus. We have a show tonight.

"Thank you." I tell her as we relax on the couch.

"For what?" She holds my hand.

"For being with me for everything."

"No baby thank you." She stands up. "I'm going to go get ready."

"Ok. I'm going to sounds check. I love you. Be careful please walking over."

"I love you." I kiss her and we go our separate ways.

Ava

I start curling my hair real loose. Chase and I haven't been out in I don't even remember when. I decide on doing it real nice tonight. I apply a smoke eye look to my eyes and red lipstick. I packed a black dress that was skin tight and some wedges. I know Chase will love my outfit. I paint my nails real quick letting them dry before I head over to the arena. The walk feels farther than it is. These dang heels. The air is cold. I forgot my jacket in the bus but don't wanna go back for it.

"Excuse me?" A tall man says. "Aren't you a little cold?" He asks and opens the door for me.

"Yes. I forgot my jacket. Have we met?" I ask as he walks in behind me.

"I don't believe so. I'm Sam. You are?" He gets a grin. "I can answer that, beautiful!"

I laugh at him. "I am married and I am Ava. " His eyes go wide.

"I'm so sorry. " We walk together to the stage.

"It's ok. Thank you though. What are you doing here?" I ask curious.

"I'm performing tonight with Chase and Kenny. Do you know them?"

"Chase is mine. He's excited about tonight. I had no idea who was coming though." I sit backstage with Sam waiting for Chase. I have no clue where he's at.

"Oh didn't know that. How'd he end up with a girl like you? If he could get a girl as pretty as I should be able to find someone." He laugh making me laugh.

"It's a long story. I knew met him a long time ago. I'm sure the girls go crazy over you. "

"Ava?" Chase comes to over to us. I stand up and he kiss me. "You look beautiful baby."

"Thanks. I was just talking to Sam, well we just met." I tell him and just kinda looks at me.

"Well nice meeting you. I have to go." Sam says waving bye.

"I don't know if you should be alone with him." Theres Chase Mr. Jealous.

"I'm going to be friends with who want." I tell him and walk away.

I go get a seat off to the side of the stage but behind the stage. I sing along to Chase's songs as he sings. I grow to love Sam's voice too. He sings a song called I
Met a Girl. I love it. They all come off the stage at once. I hug Chase and tell Sam and Kenny they did great. We all decide on going out. I definitely need something to drink.

We drive downtown to some night club the music is booming and lights are everywhere. We are escorted to a VIP section of the club. I sit on Chase's lap.

"What can I get you to drink?" The lady finally asks me.

"Sex on the beach. " I smile and she leaves.

After getting my first drink Chase and I decide to dance. He pulls me close by my hips I sway against him to the beat for the music. I just relax letting the music over.

Chase

Five or six or something drinks in Ava is driving me crazy. She's beyond drunk and horny. She keeps whispering dirty secrets in my ear. Although it sounds amazing, she needs to get home and drink water and take some aspirin.

I help her out to the car she try's to unzip my pants but I close the car door with her in it. I jump in on the other side. "Why don't you want me?" She asks demanding an answer. Barley forming the sentence.

"You need to relax baby. I'm gonna get us a hotel room and you can sleep." I start telling her as I'm driving. I try holding her hand and she jerks it away. I'm really just trying to do the right thing here. She had to much to drink.
