Prologue
Slamming the door behind me, I storm out to the barn and head straight for Rivers stall. Not bothering to saddle her up I jump on her soon we are soaring over hills and small streams created by the storm. Through my tears everything is a blur, the wind and rain cutting through my t-shirt just adds to my pain. I just want to leave I don't care where we go as long as it is far from this place.
I feel River come to a stop and I see we are here, our speical place, i jump off and lead her into the cavern. I grab the blankets and pillow I brought earlier and slowly drift off into a light sleep. My dream slowly turns into a nightmare replaying the awful events of that horrid day, hearing the gun shot go off I jolt up. Another crack of lightning lights up the cave revealing a black figure at the mouth of my secret hideaway.
"Who are you ? What do you want?" I scream at the figure
"You know what I want.. You're going to suffer just like your brother, Terra."
