Welcome Home

At 11 am I had all my stuff packed James sat on the couch watching me.

"I'm sorry." He said.

"So am I." I said with a glare.

I grabbed my suitcase. I took the doorknob in my hand and turned around. "Goodbye James."

"Goodbye..." He looked at the floor.

I opened the door. I closed it as my eyes filled with tears.

I walked to the elevator and pressed down. But then I remember what happened to me and James, except this time I wouldn't be saved by him.

I took the stairs down to the lobby. I went out to the parking lot and started my car.

"Please don't leave me." I turned around and saw James in the middle of the parking lot.

He walked up to me and I noticed that James actually had tears in his eyes.

"I'm sorry James. But I'm not going to forget that."

"But I'm not going to forget you." He says pulling me into a hug. I hugged him back. I was going to miss him. But whenever I see him I see that picture if him and Katie.

"I'm leaving now." I tried letting go.

"I can't let you do this." He whispered in my ear.

I pushed away. "Bye James."

"I love you." He said.

I started up my car as James walked back to his apartment.

I pulled out I'd the PalmWoods in tears. I saw James walk into the PalmWoods with the guys comforting him. I sighed

I got onto the plane and I took a seat. I had my laptop and phone out.

I decided to text James.

'James,

I don't want to leave you. It's just that I have to leave you. I'm not gonna forget about that. I understand it was just a kiss but I can't imagine what it would've been if Kendall didn't interrupt you. I took it to the heart. We are over ok? Don't text me or call me please. I don't wanna come off rude but,

I never wanna see you again.'

I slid my phone into my pocket as the plane took off.

Goodbye California and hello Ohio.
