Truth be Told

I walked in the lobby with the guys. Our arms were all wrapped around each other until we sat in the lobby chairs.

Carlos patted my back. "Don't worry buddy. There is plenty of other fish in the sea."

I looked up at Kendall he hated me right about now. "I can't believe I did that." I said.

"Me either." Kendall looked away. "How am I supposed to ever trust you to live with us?" He got louder.

"It was the biggest mistake if my life. How else can I make it up to you!? I lost the love if my life. What else do you want me to go through?!?"

He sighed. "Hell."

I rolled my eyes. "Guys calm down. Lets all go to the ice rink and just play some hockey." Carlos suggested. We all looked at each other and ran to the car with our gear.

The ride there I was sitting next to Kendall who gave me rude glares. "Kendall," I said.

"Yeah?" He looked at me.

"I'm really sorry. I'm not just saying that. I mean don't you ever wish you could go back in time and fix what you did? I do right now. I don't love your sister and I honestly don't know why I did that. I only love her like a little sister. I wish I could take it all back."

Kendall looked at me. " I believe you." He smiled.

I sighed. "Thank you." I said. We hugged.

Finally we got to the ice rink. "Okay what are the teams?" Kendall asked.

"I call James!" Carlos grabbed my arm making me laugh.

"I guess I'm with Kendall." Logan said like it was a bad thing.

Kendall elbowed him. "Ehem, your lucky. You got the best player."

"I think Carlos did." I interrupted.

"Yeah!!" Carlos said. He paused for a moment and said, "wait I what?"

I laughed it off and we got out if the car and grabbed all of our hockey equipment.

We brought them inside. Since we got it from 11:00am to 1:00pm we could play around a lot.

We set up the goals and Carlos was my goalkeeper and Kendall was the other goalkeeper. Logan and I hit out sticks together and said 1 2 3 in sync.

After an hour of playing we took a break. I sat on the sidelines. I had Danny out of my mind for an hour which I realized when I started thinking. Tears flowed out of my eyes. I hid my face in my hands and Kendall came over to me and put his arm around my shoulders.

"Kendall." I said. "I need Danny back. I can't do this I need her. I miss her. I need her back she was my only love. What did I do? I screwed my life up. I need her. I need her in my arms right now. I need to tell her I love her and that she was the only one that put a smile on my face. It wasn't a regular smile. It was a feeling I got only with her. I want her back. I can't believe myself. I let her go. She probably forgot about me already though." I choked out. Carlos and Logan can't over and Carlos hugged me.

"It's okay James." Carlos said.

"No it's not okay." I got up. "I'm going to her I'm going to get her back. Drive me to the airport now please."
