-Chapter 7

~A’s POV

Isabell is starting to worry she has been avoiding me, and above that she hasn’t fed in almost 3 weeks. After her lessons she locks herself in her room, I don’t know what going on with her but I want to make sure she’s okay.

~Isabell’s POV

I really miss A, but I’ve decided I’m leaving soon. I am going to end up hurting him, and I rather suffer then hurt him. I’m leaving tonight when A goes to sleep, and I won’t see him again. I started to pack the things I need and then wrote a note to A. I just noticed that A has gone to sleep because I heard his faint snoring; grabbing my stuff and dropping the note on my dresser then I was gone.

I ran and I was eventually out of the forest, once I was in the city I could barely stand it, the smell was all around me, and it was blood. I dashed into a nearby alleyway trying to calm my breathing; I just couldn’t get it out of my head. I’ve never been around so many humans at once. I mean it was just A and his few ten dents working at the manor. The smell and the beating of their hearts were just too much, after sitting in the alley and not having any progress in calming down, a teenage boy walked towards me. He had brown shaggy hair and brown eyes to match. I could hear his heart beating and all I know is that I blanked out.

~A’s POV

I was worried about Isabell because she hadn’t fed in so long, so this time without hesitating I opened the door to her room. I gasped as I noticed she wasn’t there. I noticed there was a note taped to the back of the door, I ripped it off the door and began to read:

Dear A,

Thank you for everything, I’m sorry for everything I put you through. You’ve helped me a lot, I mean now I can write. I’m gone so you don’t have to worry about me anymore, so please forget you ever had to suffer for me. If I stay I’m only going to hurt you, so bye A.

Love Isabell

I couldn’t believe it she just left, I mean she only going to hurt me? That’s crazy her leaving has hurt me the most. I don’t know why but her just being here has made my dragged on life worth living. I didn’t bother my servants, I was the one who had to find her, no matter what, and she has to come back to me. I guessed she had to be in the city, so I took my bike and I was off. I’ve been looking for what seemed like forever, so I decided I should ask around, I saw a man that seemed to be in his 40’s. He was big and muscular.

“Sir, have you seen a young girl come through here? She has red, curly hair, pale skin and silver looking eyes?”

“Silver eyes? No one can have silver eyes and why does it matter what are you to her?”

“I’m her brother and she ran from home, now please did you see her?”

“I saw her yes, but I believe that I won’t remember unless I get payment.”

I didn’t know what happened but I snapped, next thing I knew I had kicked the guy in the stomach and he was flying backwards. I pushed him against a wall and held my fore arm to his neck.

“Where is she?!”

My voice came out more like a growl. And his eyes were wide with fear, if he didn’t tell me soon I swear I was going to snap his neck. I don’t know what’s come over me but just thinking about getting hurt made my blood boil. I swear I would do anything for her and right now I wouldn’t regret killing him. His voice came out chocked and gasping for air.

“I-I saw her run into an alley down the street.”

Dropping the gasping man I ran down the street I didn’t care at this point I just needed to find her, before they find out about her and locked her up again or worse killed her. I was running and I heard whimpering from an alley, I pivoted my foot and ran down the alley. I was greeted by someone greedily gulping down blood, not caring about the cries that came from the boy. I was staring right at Isabell killing a boy.
